I cant say enough about this hotel. The location is great, the rooms are spotless, the price is reasonable and the view is awesome. The restaurant is about average for a hotel but there are plenty of other places around to eat. They have turn down service every night, the tv reception is excellent (which is challenging in some hotels) and the room floors are tiled, not carpeted). In my opinion, this allows you to see how clean the room is and you are not walking on disgusting carpeting. I come to this area for business every year and I would not stay anywhere else!

My husband and I stayed here for a little get away. Lovely accommodations but the overall service was horrible!!! For example, we tried calling for room service…… never got through so we had to walk down to the restaurant with the menu and order. And we didn’t get any apologies from the hostess. Rude!!! This was supposed to be a special weekend for us where we were going to treat ourselves. I would not recommend the harbor inn if you are looking for top notch service. Very rude employees. Ridiculous!!!!

Our stay at the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel was great. The room was clean. The views were phenomenal. The staff was amazing!
For example, we wanted a cup of coffee late one night, and the only place in town that was open was the local gas station. Instead of sending us out in the cold, the staff ran to the kitchen and got us a couple cups of fresh, hot Starbucks coffee. Above and beyond!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We had a waterview and a window seat which was just gorgeous. Nice bathroom and clean. Also, a nice touch was morning coffee and tea ready on each of the floors! Well-done! Highly recommend as it was a fabulous place and we enjoyed dinners at the Blue Point Grill and sitting by the fire pit.

We got married at Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel last month. Our coordinator, Brittany, was fantastic. She was very responsive and sweet to work with! The venue itself is in a perfect location right on the lake. The sunsets there are incredible. The food was delicious; Chef Sean is very talented and accommodating! The hotel staff took care of all of the set up and tear down for the wedding which was a huge lift for us. The guest rooms are also very comfortable. We heard a lot of compliments from our guests about how nice everything was at the hotel and wedding. We also heard from multiple vendors that
