Lack of Real Estate knowledge. Debbie confers with her husband (a contractor) on the tough questions. She absolutely will not listen to you, and by that I mean she will not follow up on a question and get an answer.

I am a property owner and have been with Preference Properties for 2 years now.
The experience with Debby and her staff has been wonderful.
She does a very good job as intermediary between taking care of the tenants AND Landlords best interest. That's not an easy thing to do.
All you have to do is hand over your property to her in a highly maintained condition, and she will do the rest.
I highly recommend Debby and Preference Properties whether you are looking for a property to rent, or in need of a property manager. Either way, she will take care of you.

Debby was our property manager for 8 years and we used her and Nicole Mosher as our realtors when we recently sold the property. Everything has always been low stress, as Debby handles everything on the property management side. Our home sale was handled extremely well by Nicole and Debby, even when we had challenges. I highly recommend the Preference Properties team for your home needs.

Our home has been VERY professionally managed by Preference Properties for over ten years now. They always ensure the approved renters are excellent candidates, especially credit wise, which is crucial. This company is a property management firm, their first obligation is to the homeowner and protecting their asset. They aren't here to make renters happy, but it does include customer service for prompt repair service when renters raise an issue, evidenced by dates of incident and completed repair timelines, Preference does this consistently. Debby can be direct, which I have always appreciated

When you publish information about someone without permission, you potentially expose yourself to legal liability even if your portrayal is factually accurate.

I called this women for help on a rental. Not once but twice. Rude doenst cut how nasty she is. How she makes any money being a business owner... stay away from this company. I tried talking to some one else and no one calls you back. Skip this company.

This is hands down the worst company that I've ever dealt with. I don't even know where to begin. I'll just tell the story and you can decide for yourself. About a month and a half before we were scheduled to move to Sierra Vista, we contacted them about a house they had listed for rent. We were told that they wouldn't process an application until we physically viewed the property. First red flag. We've moved 4 times in 5 years and have never physically viewed a property before renting it. Time passes and they list another house three weeks before our move date.

Be very careful if you decide to rent from Debby and her company. When you move out they will overcharge and try to take your entire deposit. She went as low as to charge us for a bathroom counter stain that was there when we moved in, and she knows it was. I accidentally wrote it down on the wrong bathroom on the move in sheet. She saw her opportunity to be dishonest and she took it. There were zero stains on the counter in the other bathroom, it was only that one stain in the master, so clearly it was written down on the wrong one. Anyone else would be honest about it and see that mistake.

These women lied about their listing. Size not accurate. This means if they lie about dimensions and about a home, they are like rotten apples through and through, and there are few happy clients to prove it. If I'm not qualified, I'm f...ing too smart to kiss your a.. !- Crappy business ethics. Poor standards. And no realtor reached out to show me a home. Sounds like a company to avoid. I would!!

First impressions were very good and professional. Checking out of the house was a nightmare of ridiculous overcharges. $50 dollars to touch up ONE small scratch on the wall (which we noted was there BEFORE moving in). Almost 100 dollars for a Crack in the freezer ice drawer which did not hinder it from collecting or making ice. Carpet and house cleaning was 550...the list goes on. I should say Debbie and Nancy were very sweet and professional unfortunately our experience soured by our interactions with Peggy. I should also note that they gave our PEESONAL phone number out to potential leasers

I've had an excellent experience with Preference so far. They always respond quickly to any and all issues. I will continue to rent from them as long as I need to/they'll let me :)

We rented a very nice home from Preference, and I simply cannot rave enough about them. Extremely friendly, professional, courteous, thorough, and respectful ladies. Debby and Nancy really know how to take care of their properties and renters, alike. I would highly recommend Preference Properties for rentals and sales, I absolutely love these ladies!

Debbie is extremely rude and condescending She literally talks to you like you have the mentality of a 5 year old!


She literally rang our doorbell on a weekend to tell us to pick some weeds. I don't need this kind of harassment. Fine me or be quiet.

I delt with Brad Snyder at Sierra Vista realty and had NO issues and was treated with respect.

Avoid ANY property with Deb's name on it!

Just moving to the area as an owner of a home in another state I expected much more. This company is very unprofessional and we will never rent from them again.

They do not know how to return phone calls in a timely manner. They are not willing to do anything which does not benefit them. Debby was rude to my children and to us. The only positive note was that the owner of the home let us out of our lease.

I would not recommend this company for anything.

Where to begin, the house that we rented for a 14 month period was a great solid house in a safe quiet neighborhood. The costumer service that we experienced however was not so great. My husband and I were very disappointed by the manner in which the owner and staff run their business. We paid our rent on time every month and we kept the house clean and maintained. Our philosophy has always been to leave a place better then you found it. Once my husband was transferred we informed the owner that we would be leaving, this is when the fun began. We did not end up renting from them (even though they had our favorite house) because the whole process they were extremely rude. The email responses we received came across as rude. We called to set up various appointments and were treated very rudely. Even after all of that, we still gave them the benefit of the doubt and set up an appointment to see 5 houses (all which we would have rented).

We were discriminated from the the very first time the broker (Nancy...I think that was her name) showed up at the house. She did not acknowledge us with a greeting at the doorstep, just started digging
