I came here based on a recommendation from one of my Porsche buddies. The receptionist was rude, unattentive, stared at her phone, and did not get my signature prior to work performed. The smog tech threatened to fail the vehicle and acted rudely due to one catalytic converter being replaced on my vehicle 15 years ago, and also lifted it in the air which is against smog procedure according to several smog techs I know in Los Angeles. The smog tech also forgot to sign the smog inspection paper, so not sure if that will cause an issue. It has passed smog over 10 times in a row in CA prior to this

My car hasn't ran in 1 year, after towing it to another "reputable" garage that diagnos it for an alternator, it was recommended to me to take my Saturn to McWilliams & Walden. In a matter of 3 hours the technician found the problem, they called me to verify to fix it and my car is running, CORRECTLY!!! I will go here and here only!!!! Thank you!!

Had the worst experience went for a AC recharge then was told I needed a fan clutch and while in the process of changing the clutch they broke another piece because they don't know what they're doing and ended up having to fix a 300$ part that they broke and a 200$ part that needed replacement. Just overall price gougers and made me feel in the wrong for me telling them that they broke the part. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY. at the end of all this who knows even they even recharged the ac.

Hoping I get the same amazing experience others have gotten. So far I’ve gotten a 7 hour time frame for the job. They didn’t start until the next day and now say it might go into the weekend. I’m a photographer and need my car 24/7 so we’ll see how it goes 🤷🏽♂️
