Cass Regional Medical Center Foundation is a separate organization that was founded in 1989. Designated by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charity, the Foundation raises funds for programs and services that make lives better for our patients and our community. The Foundation is governed by a 20-member, volunteer board of directors.
Programs funded by Foundation donors include the Patient Assistance Fund (which includes medication, transportation, clothing, therapy and pulmonary rehabilitation assistance), scholarships for health care students, the Cass Regional Gardens Fund (for the maintenance and expansion of the campus gardens), and the Employee Assistance Fund.

The purpose of the Auxiliary is to promote and advance the welfare of Cass Regional Medical Center, a not-for-profit hospital. This purpose shall be accomplished through service to the hospital and its patients, fundraising for special hospital projects, and by assisting and promoting the health and welfare of the communities served by the hospital.

Apparently Cass Regional doesn't believe in wearing masks to protect people during a pandemic. In the lab today, other than a couple of patients, no one was wearing a mask. This is not counting the couple of staff who had it pulled down over their chins. Next time my family needs medical care we'll be going some place where they understand medicine and practice basic hygiene such as wearing masks to protect staff and patients from a highly contagious disease that's running rampant in the community.

I have always gotten care that i would consider above and beyond!! There are so many good people at Cass. There is a ER nurse that is an overachiever.
I was admitted and very sick, on the way to my room she gave me the “Grand Tour” she described areas and told you what was what. She is a sweetheart and an example of what Cass is made of!!

Going to the ER is never a good time but everyone at Cass Regional were amazing. Check in was fast and I was quickly in a room where I received the upmost care and attention. It was very busy yet no one made me feel rushed. Everyone was absolutely great in their roles and made me feel important. Thank you Cass Regional Medical Staff for such great care!

My daughter had her fist surgery here it was by far hands down the best experience. They were very attentive, and very thorough and informational. Very kind staff from beginning to end even in the ear nose throat department helped my son get his full hearing back. I love the warm inviting atmosphere at this center

Let me just say Wow!! For having surgery this was a fantastic experience. I had a team of specialists, nurses plus my surgeon that all worked together fluidly to provide me the best possible care. I received thorough explanations from what to expect and after care. I was also impressed at how kind this team was to myself and each other along with their ability to anticipating my needs such as warm blankets and food promptly after the procedure. I truly appreciate each and everyone that was apart of Dr Costner's team. Thank you so much!!

My experience at Cass Med is limited to annual visits to the radiology department to get that wonderful women's squish-'em-flat exam. From the moment I walk in until I am finished, I am met with cheerful, respectful, helpful people. The women's radiology staff is very efficient and considerate. Five stars from me!

This is by far the best medical facility i have been to in all of Missouri the people here i caring loving friendly individuals and very concatenate i had a couple of MRI done back to back and young man in imagine named Jake was the kindest individual i have had the pleasure of coming across .. we need more people in the health field like him.. I would definitely drive out of my Way to get my health care needs from Cass Reginal Medical Center. .
