OK club. It’s very small and they try to give off an upscale vibe but fall short. If you buy bottle service you will never see your server again once you’re seated at the table and they bring out the bottle. The next time you’ll see her is when she brings you the check, with of course an automatic gratuity added. Music is decent and the crowd is also less ghetto than at other clubs so I felt safe at least.

The food and drinks are good, however the server charged my card for the full amount of my bill as tip and when I called to get it remedied I was told I needed to dispute the charge with my bank or get my money as a gift card to the venue because they couldn’t refund me… The banks process takes several weeks, and requires me to fill out forms that I need to go drive to pick up… On top of the theft, this is horrible customer service.

Rude staff that was unbelievably unprepared for a wedding party we had reserved tables for (had to clear other patrons from a table type of unprepared.) I want to give some credit where credit is due and say the waitresses and even bouncers were fun, but the management overshadowed all of it by being in accommodating, cold, and flat out rude.

I visited Haus for my 21st birthday, and the staff were nothing but spectacular and could not have been more accommodating. Our entire group had an excellent time, even with the COVID protocols (which were all followed to a T), we still had a great experience. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun night out in Honolulu.

This place was probably one of the nicest clubs in Oahu compared to the others. Awesome vibe from when you first walk in and the dance floor is spacious. They have two cool kareoke rooms and a secret speak easy room. We got a bottle service 2 weeks in a row. Service was awesome but the bartenders were really fast at making drinks especially the bottom bar. I think I found my new spot.

This place is absolute garbage. We had a wedding party here and we booked two tables. When we showed up people we’re in our seats and they had to move them and also made us purchase two extra $300 bottles upon our arrival to “fill both tables”. This requirement was not explained when the tables were purchased initially. We had to wait 45 minutes outside and then 15 inside to actually get any of the booze we prepaid for. I understand COVID regulations are tough and changing but they did an absolutely terrible job adjusting.

Hitting the speakeasy side of Haus is a must! Hiro the sushi chef has recently come back from Japan (doing sushi). The ambiance in the speakeasy and the main bar are two different worlds, but that's what makes this 'Haus' shine.
If you're looking for an upscale yet ultra-lounge atmosphere, this is your place! I had the pleasure of meeting Chris, who is one of the best bartenders I've come in contact with in a long time.he not only made me the best Old Fashion I've ever had but also made a custom cocktail he came up with himself!!
The sushi is amazing, and I consider myself to be super critical
