Since a home ordinarily represents the single most tangible asset owned by the American family, and its greatest financial commitment, the purchase or sale of a family's residence is an event which should, but often does not, reflect careful planning and study. Too often, inadequate representation, study or planning result in disappointment and frustration.
Hacked email - Hackers get access to the email account of someone involved in the transaction - the buyer, seller, real estate agent, mortgage lender, title agent, or other. Email from hacker - The hacker then emails that person to change the wiring or payment instructions without knowledge from the other parties.
We have implemented multiple industry procedures to ensure your privacy and security. These include ALTA's Best Practices, TRID, and Data Call. Powerful tools help us ensure that the largest transaction of your life is completed the right way the first time. For example, weekly staff meetings and quarterly trainings keeps our team up-to-date on the latest industry requirement and company policies.

I have followed up with Daniel P Martz regarding a final title policy I need to send to our investor 5 times and have not heard back yet I called them and they said we will get you your documents by the end of the day that never happened. This loan closed over 6 months ago now and we still don't have our documents to provide our investor.
