Matt in the Service department was a life saver when my Airmatic suspension completely blew up on me two days after I made it to NH on a road trip. I wasn’t lucky to have the car break but I was lucky to be within 5 miles of an exceptional shop who made a super stressful situation as stress free as possible! On our way to Maine on a snowy Saturday, our car started to over heat. We were over an hour away from home. After many trying hours and after being settled into a hotel room, we looked online for someone who did Audi's. Our online search took us to German Motorsports. Though all the reviews were very good, we still feared the worse (we have out of state plates). The symptoms our car was displaying pointed to a thermostat, but we were not quite sure, so we felt very vulnerable to an unknown mechanic.
