I saw Alex (an apprentice) and he was amazing. Very simple tattoo but it was smaller than what he is used to doing. He had also never done Grey shading before, and he did an excellent job. He was very personable and laid back. I had a great experience and will certainly see him again!

Critical: Professionalism
Go here if you want to work with a business that solely relies on their artistry because that’s all you’ll find here. Deposits are non-refundable and their process is confusing. Appointments are not taken seriously and when questioned I received nothing but attitude. Good luck!

I went in for a tattoo on a rather difficult spot and Matt made the whole experience fantastic. His sense of humor made me laugh through the painful bits and his lite hand made things a little less painful (anyone who's gotten a tattoo on a painful spot will understand the beauty of a lite hand)
The piece came out beautifully and I got to say he nailed the placing of the stencil. There were two parts to my tattoo and I didn't envy him lining up the two pieces but he nailed it with only one or two small repositionings.
He was professional and easy going at the same time and I immediately schedule

As a customer and former employee Owner refuses to own up to deals posted or pay his employees. Moved my second appointment for my deal 3x and all together cancelled it. Most disgusting behavior I have ever experienced in a shop. David openly talks about manipulating people and on several occasions has talked about how he wishes we could live in a society where women don’t have rights. Overall terrible environment. Great artwork. Terrible ownership.

Late start but it was well worth it!! Great detail on my personalized design. David (stabby_daddy) is a true artist in his craft. While we do look down upon his treatment of the female company he keeps, such is life. We came to him for a tattoo not dating advice or life coaching. 10 out of 10 for your next tattoo!!!

I've been going to Glass St. for all my tattoos since December 2020. This place is the place to go to. It's like a family there! all the artists are great and wicked nice and cooperative and enjoyable. Mikalea has been my artists for all my tattoos and she does such a good job each time, banger after banger! And what I can see from there social media the other artists: Derek, David, Mikey, etc they all do amazing work. I've recommended this place to my friends and they also have a great experience!

My friend got vague details on the company “policy” regarding deposits and missed sessions. They paid for the whole tattoo up front. But part of that money was the deposit which goes towards the price of the tattoo (the deposit is non-refundable). So the artist they scheduled for the Manchester location. Wasn’t even working at the Manchester location that day. An they don’t drive, so Manchester to Nashua on short notice is not a cheap Uber. Regardless they did wake up late for the appointment but they called them about 2 1/2 hours before the session to tell them it was gonna be in Manchester

I've been here a couple of times in the past couple of years... Once was to see a guest artist and the other two times I came in to see an amazing apprentice. I have to say, they do UNBELIEVABLY amazing work. No matter who you choose to see here, you're going to leave with an absolutely gorgeous tattoo. After seeing the quality of the work and seeing the personalities of the artists, I will always try to come here when I need to have ink done. They just clearly know what they're doing, and they do it well. 🤘

First things first, my tattoo came out great. Looks exactly how I envisioned and I am thankful for that, but that is the only reason this review is getting 2 stars. The process to get the tattoo was sub par at best. My artist, Nick Foster, was at LEAST an hour late to the consultation, and also to each of the two subsequent sessions that I had for my tattoo. That is not an exaggeration. I don't mind a few minutes here or there but when you are that late it is not only unprofessional, it also assures that I will not be coming back for any other work.
