Very honest. And it’s an auto shop! Wow, I couldn’t recommend more highly. My brother’s car felt off, maybe some warped rotors. I stopped by hoping to help my brother out, maybe pay for new pads and rotors. Little did I know that both were brand new! And I wouldn’t have known had the mechanic not been honest with me. So it’s probably just an issue with the new equipment that my brother just purchased, but the other shop should be able to correct that without additional cost. I could have been out some $500! Yeah, I can highly recommend this shop. An honest mechanic? One in a million.

Appointment at 11 I was there for 2 hours and 40 mins for a tire rotation and alignment. The truck is still pulling to the left and after 1.5 hours I was asked if my side rails retract because the alignment would take a bit longer with them down. Since they were just about to start the alignment. Ummm 1.5 hours to rotate my tires 🤨 and I don’t understand don’t people have the rails permanently down why are mine different. So I waited twice as long for it and there is no difference in my alignment. No recommendations from me I am disappointed

My daughter and I took our car here to get an oil change. We had a fun and funny mechanic named Travis who sang the Let it Go song quietly a few times and when he asked if there was anything else he could do for us we told him yes, to sing more!! 🤣😂 AND HE DID!

A bit disappointed to be honest. Received an online quote if $395 to change out the rear brake shoes and drums. When I arrived, the manager asked if I had 5 or 6 lug wheels and went to order the parts. If there was going to be a change in the price, this was the ideal time to tell me. I was also offered a $99 brake flush for half price at this time, so in my head my bill was going to come to around $500 max. Knowing this, I went ahead and had them change the oil ($34) and perform the mandatory state inspection that was coming due ($25.50).

Only gave a one because that's the only option. Definitely did not do right by the customer this time. Came in for a routine oil change and inspection. During so, I was advised I should get a new air filter. Ok go ahead and replace the air filter. While trying to save time someone else came to run inspection. It failed because they had not plugged in the air filter. A mistake. I understand. But was told "drive it for 50 miles or so and bring it back. We are not going to charge you for the inspection, it was our mistake".

I have used this location a couple of times because it's convenient to the house. No longer is that a standard for measurement of convenience. While it has never been an expeditious process, today was an all new low. I needed an oil change and a state inspection. Two hours later my oil change had not been completed and there was a line for state inspections. When I ask them how much longer the inspection would be the best answer was not that much longer. As the four of them looked at each other for someone to take initiative and answer the god damn question. Avoid this location at all cost
