I needed work done on my vehicle, so I called several Auto shops. When I called Quality Auto, I spoke to Jeremy, the Owner who was very professional and I really like how he listened to my concern/issue with my vehicle. Honest. Reliable. Thorough. Honest. Did I mention HONEST. I had my Toyota Tundra in this great mechanic's shop the last couple of weeks. I was having trouble with intermittent trouble when trying to crank the truck. They took their time and troubleshoot my issue and believed that we had a diagnosis and fix, dirty mass air flow sensor. They took care of me on this for much less than what I had expected to pay. After having my truck back for a couple of days the issue came back and I advised the shop manager. He immediately asked me to bring it back so that they could have another opportunity to

We took our Nissan in there with a leak and was absolutely satisfied!! They immediately called us with an estimate and the prices were amazing. Very personable with constant feedback and communication. Our car was fixed within a day at nearly half the price of what the dealership would have charged!! That charged me $150 to fix a transmission fluid leak. The transmission pan was leaking and they used a very cheap cork gasket to repair. They over tightened the bolts and damaged the new gasket. I took it back twice and the leak was never fixed. When it got cold I realized they tried to quick fix the leak with stop seal. I couldn't drive my car until I waited 30 minutes for it to heat up due to the amount of stop leak that was used. I am hoping the other seals are not damaged to the point of repair because of the stop leak. The underside sheet metal was also damaged and bent by the way they

These guys are great. I take my car there for oil changes and other issues since they are close to where I work. They are very knowledgeable and fair, especially on repairs. I hate shady auto mechanics, but these guys are above-the-board. A little pricey on the oil change, but it's worth it for what you get. A good, fair local mechanic.
