Insight Therapy
When most people hear the phrase borderline personality disorder, they have automatic and immediate assumptions. Philosopher and Roman Statesman Marcus Tullius Cicero wrote, Gratitude is not only the greatest of. You and your therapist will discuss how often would be best for you to attend therapy sessions, depending on your needs and goals for therapy.

Typically, therapy occurs every week or every other week. Once you achieve your goals in therapy, you and your therapist may schedule infrequent sessions to "check in." You may use our online form to schedule an appointment, you may e-mail us at info@insighttherapyllc.com, or call (217) 383-0151. People seek therapy for a variety of reasons.
