He was very responsive and professional, and he quickly and efficiently hauled away all of my excess furniture, tools and junk that were left over from my move. I have been a customer of Kyle's for over 17 years and chose him initially because of his excellent prices but am a return customer because of the exceptional quality of his service. Kyle has moved furniture for us, transferred a valuable but heavy and large antique piece for us with extreme care, hauled a horrible broken freezer with rotting food, cleaned out a filthy garden shed with old tires, and has removed all of the detritus of our lives over the years. In addition to hauling, they have contributed immeasurably to the Arlington Community Emergency Response Team (ArlCERT), giving goods and services that have amounted to thousands of dollars, even though the ArlCERT is not yet approved as a 501(c)3, so their contributions aren’t even deductible. I have used Reliable Hauling twice and plan to use them again when I need their services. Kyle and his team are fantastic. They showed up on time, did exactly what I needed, and their pricing was fair. In one instance, they advised me I could dispose of paint for free at the landfill (they had to pass on a fee that the county charges them). What I really like is that they make every effort to repurpose the goods to help others or recycle properly. It is hard to find good companies, so I am glad to have found Reliable.

Cleaning out the house is so much easier if you can call them rather than trying to dispose of multiple types of things yourself. Kyle recycles, donates, etc, whatever is appropriate for your item. They are also great for moving things around the house. I highly recommend their services!

We reached out to Reliable Hauling to help remove some damaged items from our storage unit. After using a larger well known company previously, I figured I would try a smaller company to see if they would offer a better price. When I called Kyle at Reliable Hauling, he was very friendly and offered a much more competitive price. Throughout the process, Kyle was very communicative and he arrived promptly to our appointment.
