I will forever sing the praises of JB Hauling Company!
This built-in and retaining wall has been referred to as the bomb shelter, Pandora's concrete box and the national monument. What should have taken 1 day to demolish ended up taking over 20 hours and required special equipment!
From what we can guess, whomever built the grill/wall had leftover concrete and just filled the whole dang thing. It was solid concrete!
JB Hauling is good at what they do, professional and employ the nicest crew, but what really impressed me was their integrity. Joe stood by his original quote when it clearly

We had a rather large in-ground concrete spa that occupied way too much space in the small back yard of our house in the UTC area. We contacted several companies who said they could remove it, but Joe at JB was by far the most responsive. He came out to see it and gave a price for removing the spa and mechanicals, backfilling the hole, and also removing a cinder block BBQ island. Price seemed reasonable, and timing was acceptable, so we hired him to do the job. I needed a chimney taken down to clear an area for a room addition. I found JB Hauling here on Yelp. Joe (owner of the company) was super responsive and friendly. He came to my house quickly and quoted a fair price. Joe's communication was great leading up to our scheduled date for the job He arrived on time on the job start date. Joe and his crew worked super hard. It took longer than he expected, but they took the chimney down and did a great job without complaints. Joe and his crew were super friendly and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend JB Hauling!

J B Hauling saved the day! The demo crew who was hired through my flooring company decided they were going to take Friday off, only Monday the flooring, tile and cabinet people are coming.
I called Joe B and luckily for me he had just enough time to demo my bathroom and some of my living room before Monday came.
Joe and Justin did an amazing job on the bathroom. Joe B also cut away jagged edges of baseboard (because I had little kids) and even swept and vacuumed dirt piles the other company left behind.
I'm so happy that I was able to hire J B Hauling and would absolutely hire him again

Owner Joe, and his two guys Justin and David, removed a bunch of concrete and a block wall in our backyard so we could prep for a new backyard landscape project. The first day they broke everything up and the second day they hauled everything off. It was a lot of work but they did the job in an amazing amount of time and for a very reasonable price. If we ever need their services again, I would definitely give Joe a call and I would definitely recommend his company to friends. Even though we only used them for concrete and block wall removal, they can do so much more. Need a structure torn down

Excellent service. I spent days shopping for companies trying to get rid of my junk in the garage and they were too much trouble and money. Then I called Joe and he offered to stop by and look. He then gave me a really low price and hauled it into his truck right there. Very fast, efficient and inexpensive.

Wow. Just wow. I was looking for a trash removal service and did an online search. I called the first one I came across, which was JB Hauling. Joe was very professional, I took a picture of what needed to be removed, and even though the picture didn't really do the project justice, Joe gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone. He came out later that day to survey the job, and we discovered more stuff that needed hauled away. He adjusted the quote and it was a lot lower than I thought it would be!! We made the appointment for the next morning. He showed up with two workers, a huge trailer

We contacted JB Hauling to remove a wall that was built around a tree in our back yard. Joe honored his original estimate even though the job turned out to be much more difficult than anticipated. The tree inside the wall was completely root bound and it was nearly impossible to cut through the roots to remove the footing underneath them. Joe and his helper worked hard to got the job done. We would definitely hire him again.

If you need some demo work, Joe, of JB Hauling is your guy. He really enjoys and takes pride in demolishing whatever you need destroyed and removed quickly and efficiently. He is hardworking and respectful, efficient and neat. I know that sounds ridiculous, being in the demo business, but he really was very careful to leave our home neat and tidy, cleaning up each day he was here, which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend him to anyone needing something destroyed and/or removed, he's a good guy, trustworthy and fair.

Excellent service. J.B. Hauling came in at a reasonable price, showed up when they agreed to, worked diligently and were done much faster than I even expected. They demo'ed and hauled off an old concrete footing with 3/4" thick rebar without harming any surrounding hardscape or foliage. They showed up with professional equipment and cleaned everything up nicely upon completion. Joe is a super nice guy as well. Highly recommended!
