This was by far the worst service I have ever entailed. We were lied to multiple times. The driver never ever answered the calls and your team consistently told us they were on the way. We were then told we had not one but TWO replacement drivers. On top of that we were hung up on multiple times when asking what the issue was. Most of this could have been avoided if your team told the truth and we could have been refunded on the spot and on time for pictures and found alternate transportation. With that being said a real company would have called us the second the car broke down and sent a back

We hired them for our wedding, and our driver was awesome. He was early to our hotel, he was very polite and he was fun to have as a driver. He made friendly conversation without being overbearing. Our wedding party complimented him too. The party bus was very clean. The only reason I give 4 stars is because they ended up charging my card twice. The second charge was made on a different day than when we originally booked so it makes me wonder if our card information was written down or saved. I addressed them right away and they cancelled the charge, but it was definitely an inconvenience having

Mike was great for our wedding party transportation...on time, professional, and was able to work with us as we had to schedule and reschedule our plans due to COVID. The limo was perfectly cleaned and all of our guests had a wonderful experience the whole day.
