Very glad we chose Tim Bruce and HomeCraft to help us buy our new lake home. Dealing with a hard to reach and poor communicating selling realtor, coupled with a property 2 hours away Tim was thorough, diligent and able to work through the process. As an extra perk, Tim is a pilot and we were able to fly to Coldwater to see the property for a second time. I was in a time crunch to move out of my previous apartment and was looking for an affordable, nice, comfortable, clean, and quiet new home. Angela was an angel she was very prompt, informative, and helpful in every way possible. She took A LOT of stress off the moving process. I have known Angela since 2013 from the time I still lived in Oklahoma. Angela assisted me from finding an apartment when I moved to Michigan, to buying and selling a home couple times. When I asked her to assist me to sell my home at 1640 Crab Apple Drive, she immediately took action. From the time the house went active on the market till a buyer was found it only took three days. About a month after that closing took place. Angela’s dedication was a key factor in selling my home so fast. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs to either buy or sell a home.
