Our first attempt to sell our house was a bust. We used one of the “top sellers” in the county from one of the largest agencies. He spoke a good game, but after the listing papers were signed it was clear that he had forgotten about us (literally - his communication was so infrequent that he forgot about the termination date of our contract and only called us after the agreement had expired). Shelby was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping us close on our vacation cottage.
