He was very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his job. This is our first time buying a home and he made us feel totally comfortable with the inspection portion of the process. His report came detailed with what was the issue and how he recommended it should be dealt with. Broke our upstairs HVAC unit. When he was informed of this refused to submit to his insurance and blamed the fact that we were home and he was distracted. Our child is in remote learning and we didn’t have the ability to leave. No one interfered with him. He went so far as to ease drop on private phone call rather than doing what he was hired to do. Steer clear of this weekend course home inspector. 1 star is too many.

Brian arrived at the inspection a little before the decided time, and got right to work. took the time to bring the major issues to my attention, and continued what he was doing. I got the report the next day, and it was just like he explained, there was a couple additional things on the report, but he told me to expect that. Overall a very good experience.
