Andrew took great care of me today in towing my wrecked vehicle to the collision center. As a military veteran, I appreciate the great conversation I had reflecting on my service and much respect for his brother for serving as well. He was very attentive to all of my questions regarding the towing process and took good care of my ride all the way to the shop. This is the worst towing service. Not responsive at all. I placed a call at 5:46am because coming home from working a 14 hour shift I was tired and wanted to park in the spot I pay monthly for. Followed procedures Apt. Complex have in place never received call that anyone was coming. Finally received email at 5pm almost 12 hours later that they canceled the tow because car moved. You think????? They stayed in my spot until 11am when they decided to move and towing service responded at 5pm. The worst service ever.

Andrew was quick, professional, and the BEST energy from a tow truck driver I’ve ever had! His truck was so quiet pulling up, and I didn’t even hear him hook the car up either! My phone was dead and he kept calling until I was able to pick up and still headed my way even though he couldn’t get a confirmation from me! This man… this wonderful human is a blessing and he has no idea what our short conversation did!!! You would think I would have a bad day with battery dead and worrying about not having enough money for it plus going to work later… praying it wasn’t something else and here

Worst towing company I have dealt with. I can’t believe I have been seating here in my car as I am typing this for almost 3 hours called twice and was told I would have someone here soon. It is 12:30 am, not here yet and haven’t heard anything from them. all I wanted them to do is tow a car that is parked on my assigned parking spot that I pay for every month at my apartment complex so I can go home and relax . They do deserve a 0 star rating. HORRIBLE!!!!! And I don’t need no apology either way tonight I will not be able to park in my designated area because the job still has not been done

We where in the middle of no where and Andrew was quick professional and courteous he had a really good attitude. He also was extra hands on with our Tesla, he paid extra attention to detail and was super kind to me and my boyfriend!!! He’s a great driver and great person, thank you Andrew!!! These people are thieves. The man Eduardo Jasso who towed my vehicle left my car lights on and drained my battery. I arrived to a dead car and the idiots at KTL auto storage said they can give me a jump for $45. There were multiple vehicles in the lot that had their lights left on purposely. Both of these businesses plan it this way so that they can profit and get a cut of the money from each other. I have called and left a message that I want my money back. No response from them yet. I will also be reporting this incident to the BBB.

The place is terrible. My 2017 Mercedes was towed by a wheel with onsite towing from the 4th floor of a parking garage for parking without a permit. When I went to get my car which was practically brand new as I've had it only 2 months there was physical damages to the front bumper with deep scrapes. And when I started the car there were several warning lights and messages on my display that said anti collision assist inoperative. On site towing towed my car and gave me an invoice that says that there were no charges since it was a issue involving a misunderstanding at my apartment complex. However, once I went to retrieve my car, there was a handwritten charge for $166... Hand written.
