I hired Silvana Raso and her firm to handle my divorce case, I was quoted one fee than charged additional fees, I feel she was not advocating in my best interest as well and she sided with my former wife's counsel and they tried to pressure me into a quick settlement, when I disengaged her and her firm they insisted on billing me for an additional $5k which I refused to pay so her and her firm decided to file a lien against me, In my opinion my case was handled all wrong and it's still costing me money..

Schepisi & Staff handled my divorce years ago. They charged me an exorbitant fee. As a result of their legal assistance, my Ex -husband ended up with all our assets and I ended up with all the liabilities. Turns out he didn't need an attorney, because he had my attorney, Schepisi & Staff working for HIM! As a result of my divorce, I was set back financially for over 10 years, because I didn't want to pay more legal fees, and suffer more disappointment filing bankruptcy too... Thanks!

Mr John Schepisi took business litigation case from someone I know. He agreed to finish first task by agreeing to charge 3 hours of fee. After finishing initial task, we were expecting further discussion on what would be next task and additional fees. But John was not interested having further communication but they end spending additional 30 hours on the case without our knowledge. We were supposed to get bill and asked why our bill was not we agreed to of 3 hours as originally agreed to.
His firm is dishonest and all they want is put more billing hours without being transparent. His law firm
