I’ve had my iPhone for about over 2 years now, this phone has been through hell and back never broke the screen. One night I inflicted some significant damage to my phone causing the screen to break. These guys got my phone in fairly quickly, and fixed fairly quickly. Month goes by, screen breaks again. Same smooth process getting fixed, but this time I accepted their case/screen protector deal thinking the new screen they put on would make it for a while. We’re not even a month in, and I already have a crack on the new screen they just put on a few weeks ago. Their iPhones screens I THINK

I was having problems calling out with my Samsung Galaxy S9. I talked with a Cell Phone Medic, they asked a few questions, just a few keystrokes later, and a final reboot and all was working again. A while back, I was also present when a friend took his phone into Cell Phone Medic and received excellent service while we waited. Very knowledgeable, fast, friendly, fair, helpful, and extremely reasonable rates too. I am impressed and I have the upmost respect for Cell Phone Medic. I will be doing business with them again.

Promises made promises kept. My iphone went black. I took it to my place of purchase which was Verizon - they were useless but one of the Sales Persons recommended I take it to Cell Phone Medic. I did just that and can not be more pleased. Problem was diagnosed and corrected while I waited and cost was reasonable and fair. Great and courteous customer service. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! Highly recommend for any type of cell phone repair. We were so impressed they could fix the phone. My nephew lost his phone while we were on vacation at Sebago Lake. We found the phone the NEXT day IN the lake. The screen was also cracked. It was recommended that we at least try to repair it at Cell Phone Medic. When we arrived the only question that was of importance was what type of water, salt or fresh? Since it was the lake we told them fresh water. We left the phone. I was pretty upset when I completely shattered my phone and thought I was going to have to pay around $200 or something to get my phone fixed at that little kiosk in the Maine mall. However, my mom and I decided to do a google search to see if there were any closer (and possibly less expensive) places. We found this one in Windham and decided to go. I called ahead to check the hours and found out that their prices were way less than the others.
I only had to pay $60 to fix my phone. The screen was put on perfectly and took less than an hour. The two employees that I talked to were both very friendly

If you have a problem with your cell phone, iPad, screen protector etc. this is the place to go. I have taken my phone and iPad here whenever there is an issue and it is repaired in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. In the past I was taking a trip to the Maine Mall to purchase the screen protector outside of the iPhone store. It was $30 for the original and then $10 for each replacement. I can not say enough about this place. I have been in for help with two different phones that were giving me really annoying problems. I always feel welcome and as if they really care about me and want to help me and not just take my money. They are patient, smiling and willing to help. Was on vacation in Maine when my Blackberry Classic charging port died on me--took it to 3 other shops (who laughed in my face when they saw my BB-"you will never find parts for that antique phone") before finding these guys who said they could fix it and ship it back to me at home in Maryland. I had an absolutely wonderful experience here yesterday. I cracked my IPhone 8+ screen, which is the first time I'd ever broken my phone. My first thought was to use my phone's insurance, but I didn't want a refurbished phone when mine was perfectly fine despite the cracked screen. I called a bunch of cell phone repair stores to get quotes. Cell phone medic's prices were better than everyone else's, plus they could take me that day for the repair. On Tuesday my Samsung Galaxy s7 finally succumbed to its injuries. While in a life proof case it had been run over by a truck. I then dropped it 10-15 more times over time after I got rid of the ruined case. I wouldn't consider taking my phone anywhere else. Glen has fixed all of the family phones, for reasons from broken screens to unfortunate drops in the lake!!!

Glenn, the Cell Phone Medic, is BEYOND AMAZING. My LG V10 was stuck in a boot loop and like a dozen other places refused to even look at it. An AT&T employee recommended Glenn, and I am so glad I called!! Right from the getgo he and Zach were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They knew exactly what to do, and were able to get it out of the boot loop so I could transfer my data over to my new phone. When it went back into the boot loop again later that night (not a reflection of their skills at all, the boot loop is a common error hardwired into the V10 by LG that has been otherwise unfixable

This is probably my favorite place to go for any repairs needed on my phone. The service is great! Glen, was very friendly and prompt. Repairs are always done in a timely fashion. Was on annual vacation at the lake and decided to have screen replaced on other wise good iphone 5S that was 6 months old. Stopped in and they said they could do it in 30 minutes. Waited over 90 minutes. Seemed ok when I left but within a day I found the touch screen would lock up every few minutes. Made phone useless for navigation. Took back to them and they first tried to blame it on a software update. Then they said they didn't have another replacement screen but "cleaned" contacts and said it should be ok. It was not. I don't live local to them and my time is valuable
