I recently had them put a screen protector on my S20 for $26 and it was not worth it. The phone had so many air bubbles in it. I went back and asked them if there is anything they could do to fix it and the guy just used his hands instead of scraper to get rid of the bubbles. This is the 2nd phone where I got air bubbles.

So a friend and I went there to get an iPhone screen fixed. You gave the phone to the gentleman and he told us a price and come back in 30 minutes. In about 6 minutes I get a phone call explaining that the phone is not fixable that there's damage to the motherboard and that he did not fix the screen because it wouldn't help you also explained that it would probably be cheaper to buy a new phone and you get the motherboard replaced on this older phone. So we went back and got the phone and he didn't charge us a sent for even reviewing it examining it or anything. Now that's truly a man of ethical

I've waited about 4 months before I posted a review to make sure the work held up. I literally ran over my Pixel 4XL with my truck. Screen was destroyed but phone miraculously still worked. I was traveling at the time and this was the only place in the Albany area that had a screen in stock and would do the repair on a Pixel phone. The repair was quick, at a reasonable price, and their work has held up. I would use them again.

Scam, paid $26 today for a Galaxy S10 screen protector which they installed for me, however it is not even made for my phone! I asked for the box which they tried to throw out real quick and the packaging says nothing about galaxy s10 besides the sticker that THEY attached to it. There are bubbles under it which they said is because I have a curved phone screen and it isn't even centered! Lmao I guess I will have to live with it though as how I paid $26 for it and after writing this review I highly doubt they will let me return it. Do NOT think the "i"something automatically means that the store is an apple authorized repair store. It is NOT. It uses cheap parts with low quality, and they charge the same price as the original. I replaced my cracked screen in this store, paid the same price as I would in an apple store. Within 24 hours, the screen cracked again - I didn't drop it or did anything unusual - the crack just appeared from one edge and extended gradually all the way to the other edge. I went back to the store, but was told that it was a physical damage and they can offer me at most 50% off for another

Second visit estimated repair time 1 hour, actual 2.5 hours. Replacement screen defective, another 45 min to remove and replace. Need to re-order part. Pushed them for expedited 'overnight' shipping that took 2 days.
Third visit - actual repair took 45 min.

I just bought a LG G3 and had dropped it and the screen shattered despite having a protective cover on it. I brought it to Verizon and because I didn't buy the warranty, they wouldn't do anything for me. Across from the Verizon store at Crossgates Mall, is an IFIXHERE. I went over to the store, they quoted me $200 to fix the phone, I had it repaired on Sept. 24, 2015. I picked it up, seemed fine and paid $216.00. They fixed my phone, but for a hefty price. I was quoted $150 to fix the screen for my Samsung galaxy s4. They told me it would be done in an hour. When I showed back up to pay, the price had jumped and they were now charging me $269.99. When I disputed the charge saying I would have never agreed to that price the sales person became defensive and rude and said they were going to call the police if I didn't give them a payment. Beware of the bait and switch. I would never do business with this company again nor recommend it to anyone.
