I’m giving this 3 stars because this pharmacy is convenient… until they are not. It is really close to where I live, and they offer delivery which is highly convenient. Especially when I got medicine for back pain.

I gave this five star for several reasons. They are mostly cheaper than the usual big pharmacies, customer service is best and fast (very kind employees). They extended help when I was looking for covid testing kits. They did not have them at that time, but that did not stop them from referring me to their partner who has them. The people who works there are the real MVPs - very helpful.

This pharmacy is amazing they had my medication delivered in 24 hours. My doctor's office was called on the same day I called my prescription in and delivered the next day. That is great service in my book. My regular pharmacy takes forever to respond to my refills and half the time I do not get a caller email that the medication is not in stock. I am sticking with loudoun pharmacy. They are the greatest.

It is a pleasure doing business with Loudoun Pharmacy. Staff is extremely responsive, proactive and professional.
They will contact the insurance for me, and make sure I am comfortable with the amount I have to pay. I receive my reoccurring medication in a day.

Thank you for being 1000 times better than Walgreens on ft evans road! I encountered 3 or 4 different problems with them in less than a day (do not go there), so I said forget it and had my doctor call in to here. It was ready within a couple hours with zero problems, I called and the guy on the phone brought down the cost from 120 to 0 because he found a coupon. Then he said the meds will be delivered within 1-2 days or maybe even today. THANK YOU for restoring my faith in getting medicine because Walgreens drives me up a wall and then some. I don’t care if it’s 30 minutes out of the way for

My doctor left a prescription at my local pharmacy who couldn’t fill my prescription, so they transferred it to Loudoun Pharmacy who called, got my information, filled my order and said they would ship it to me — but it was door to door service! I had it that afternoon, as it was delivered to my doorstep! Wow! Great service, fast, professional!

Incredible customer service - so helpful. While my insurance only covered a portion of a needed drug, this pharmacy had a manufacturer coupon they told me about and saved me over $100. Additionally, they delivered it to my house at no extra charge (I live over 20 miles away). They truly are an exceptional pharmacy!
