Benjamin Sauer grew up in Henrietta, Texas and attended Texas A&M for both his undergraduate and juris doctor degrees. Total Loser. I referred him a client couple years back, he charged them thousands in fees, but just sat on the file and didn't produce any results. They finally hired another attorney who solved their case with opposing attorney and party in a week.
He is also still the only LOSER in my opinion who is the only one listed on lawyer referral service for real estate matters, as he can't find enough customers, by providing good service, which is what most attorneys do.
I wouldn't even give him one star, except google makes you pick at least one.

Earl Hargrave is the best lawyer I've ever met. I had my first consultation with him and after hearing my story of how my pool company has been ignoring me and not completing my pool for 8 months, he called the company on my behalf. He talked to the person and asked all the right questions and said things I wanted to say and on point about it. The pool company asked for a week to get it done. Mr. Hargrave told me to call him back in a week if they didn't do what they said they would do and we would go from there. Not many lawyers would do this on first consultation and have a plan
