During a stressful time for my mother where other company were not showing up. Canyon hills plumbing was able to come out immediately the next day on New years day to fix our water heater. Installer Jorge Nunez was excellent, professional and patient with my mom and explained everything to her about the issue and resolved it. The install looks beautiful than previously with another company. Even provided the drain pan which other company dont do. He even had great conversation with us as he was installing. Richie was our repair person. First he explained three different quotes and I chose one. Richie did a excellent job and done in less than a hour. Richie has great knowledge of their products and his work was professional and excellent. I would definitely use this company and Richie again and I highly recommend them.

I called a few days ago and spoke to Sabrina in the office, I had a water leak from my tub into the downstairs kitchen area. She worked with me to accommodate my schedule me we set an appointment. The plumbers BURTOE and Jack showed up on time and we very personable. They went through the issue and decided to get a real diagnosis on it they had to cut into the ceiling.
