We had this company flush our instant water heater system. The technician Jared and his helper were great. That said there was a disconnect between what we were told and the work actually done. Basically our system was flushed. We were told the unit was going to be taken apart and cleaned as well as flushed. I asked workers about the disassemble and was told they did not have a vacuum on board and everything looked good. I feel we were overcharged for the flush at $450 and will not have them work here again.

Just had Edward and his partner come out and installed my faucet and garbage disposal and I couldn't be happier. They both were super friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even some words of wisdom with my kitchen remodel and being a new home owner..... Replumbed the whole house 10/7/2021and on 10/11 a different crew came to do the drywall and patching where needed (which was extensive). John Virgin went above and beyond to make the experience less stressful. His knowledge, experience, & leadership was evident with his crew. They worked together under his direction and the job was completed within one day. Guardian is fortunate to have John represent their company.

As a return satisfied customer, I summoned them to clear one bathroom sink drain to which they responded. However, at first I was changed $332.00. After I complained I was told I was accidentally overcharged and they would reimburse me with a check for $100. $232.00 to clear one drain I feel is excessive and I shall request an appraisal before any work gets done if I use them again.

We reached out to Guardian for a fix on our dishwasher that needed to be installed before selling our house. They were quick to come out BUT where I have the problem is this. We needed one thing done and he gave me a price of over 250, when I handed the phone to my husband he was no way that job is worth that and he lowered it to 199. I feel because I was a female he tried to give me a higher price. So really question the estimate price because it seems it is negotiable if you complain about the cost.

I called Guardian to fix a seized up shower handle and valve. E.J. Was our technician who worked tirelessly for over 4 hours to get the job done. My shower is fixed and working perfectly. He had to replace the old valve by cutting it out and welding a new valve in place. Awesome work. Thank you E.J.!!!!

Had a plumbing issue about 3 weeks ago, this was the only company who was able to service our issue right away and it was on a Sunday. The receptionist are so sweet and understanding of your situation and make you feel as a priority! Then they send out an email informing details on who the technician will be and facts about them which was nice seeing a photo of them and stuff they like. I had another issue today and our previous technician George came out again and took care of our issue once again. He is very professional and explains in detail what the issue is/was and provides you with options

After 21 years, our old Water Heater decided to give up. Called Guardian, they came out (great Team, John, and Jared (?), first we tried to relight the old unit, to no avail. Parts are N/A, wasn't up to code any more, so we decided to replace. Within 3 hours we had a brand new, up to date, more efficient and up to code unit installed, and hot water flowed once again from every faucet.....The guys were professional, quick, personable, and cleaned up after the job was done. Even took away the old unit.
Next plumbing issue - they're the ones to call. Good work, fellas.

We have used Guardian Plummer's for all of our plumbing issues. Today our shower and bathroom sinks were backing up. David Lopez came out on a holiday, rate was the same as any weekday. David Lopez was our technician, he was professional, courteous, through with his evaluation of the problem and gave us a fair price. Then went to work immediately to fix our plumbing issues. He left the area he worked in clean and orderly. All issues were resolved! We will continue to be loyal customers of Guardian Plumbers. Family owned and we want to support our small businesses. Excellent service my tech George was very professional and the value was good the service was excellent that I ask for him again to work on my master bathroom to replaced my faucet in a week from now
This is my second review, George came to install my master bathroom his and her faucets and once again a excellent job was again very pleased with his care of installing the faucets and excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.
