He had a great listing presentation where he shared his family story, his history in real estate and in my case the knowledge of my neighborhood and surrounding community including the Country Club.
Ben made a couple of recommendations to make the home more appealing to potential buyers including painting a few walls. He connected me with a painter who got the job done in days, then we had photos and video done after that.
He and his team did a wonderful job with photography and drone video, that was barely able to be uploaded before our home sold in just a few days

Elizabeth and Ben were both great to work with. Communication was great. I had a lot of questions during the buying and selling process and they responded promptly every time. We cannot speak highly enough of Ben in regards buying our new home. He had great options for our family lined up.
