Todd was prompt, courteous, and professional. We always got a response to any issues or questions within 3 hours. He made the process transparent. He did a good job getting comps in a tough market. Todd provided several recommendations for things we needed done and the people he suggested were great. We hit a snag at closing that he worked late into the night to resolve. We would recommend Todd to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future!

If I could give a 0 Star I would. HORRIBLE customer service and VERY rude people! A seller had a realtor through Mark's Realty that sent us a letter stating that the property right next to ours was coming up for sale and they wanted to give us the opportunity to buy it. The very day we received the letter we called 10+ times to put in an offer and the realtor ignored every single call. The next day he called us back and stated that the owner had accepted an offer from someone else because he told her that we weren't interested! Never even gave us the opportunity to actually put in an offer! We

We just completed a move to Green Bay from out of town. Susan Ley, an agent at Olejniczak Realty, was phenomenal to work with. She was patient and very thorough; she called "just because" and made this whole process as painless as it could be. Through no fault of anyone's, our move took a full year, but she was always encouraging and positive, and she truly did help us find a very wonderful house!!
