I made an appointment for a medical transport with a company and it’s nothing to wait two hours after their pick up time and their attitude is oh well I’ll be there as soon as I can when it snows in central Oregon that’s a little bit long for somebody who has uses a walker and can’t get around very well waiting two hours out and snow totally uncalled for and their attitude stinks avoid at all costs not professional. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I think it’s important that people know what happened. I called this company for a ride to the store and I asked the young man to keep the meter running and that I would pay whatever the amount ended up being after dropping me back off at home. For some reason this man got really impatient with me even though I was compensating him for service. I did t get his name but he must have been fresh out of high school because the way he acted was highly unprofessional and he insisted that he couldn’t accommodate me because other people are calling him… well

This cab company is horrible, we set up pick the night before at 6am because we needed to catch bus back to Portland. I woke the next morning and they canceled our ride without warning. I then called them and they said there was no worries our cab would be there. We then sat and waited and nobody showed. I then called them back, and they said they had no driver for us, and they would not pick us up. Worst cab service ever and they should be shut down.

Very unhappy. Flight was late so I texted the number that asked for my flight info many hours before I arrived. Apparently the driver did not get the info, nor check the flight arrival time. Charged me $50 instead of "flat rate of $40 from airport" because he had to wait (less than one hour) as he didn't check the flight info before he left his house. Total BS.
I had one other good experience with your company but will not use them again and will tell my friends I do not recommend this company.

Ordered cab 5 days before my flight. Confirmed pick up with dispatch day before and told driver would be there at 4 am as scheduled. Day of scheduled pick up no one arrived! When I called to inquire where the driver was I was told there were no drivers. Bend city cab cannot be counted on so is plan for other options. UNRELIABLE

These guys basically stranded me.
I made a reservation for a pickup for a late night flight into the Redmond airport. I was contacted by the driver that day confirming this.
I was ghosted by the driver, never heard back from them when i messaged them again once I got into the airport. Dispatch kept insisting that my ride was on the way, and it was only when I pressed them for a timeframe that dispatch actually found a driver to come get me. The driver would have arrived over an hour after my actual reservation, at which point I found another service that could actually get me home immediately

Called a day in advance for ride to airport. When it was late, they told me driver was coming 5 - 10 minutes. Called back, was told 15-20 minutes. Gave up and drove myself to airport. Finally got a call from a driver who saw we were waiting. He said the pickup had never been assigned! Will not use them again.

On 8-27-2021, I took my truck to Les Schwab for an Alignment and a tire repair. I did not expect to be there long. Well, “Murphy’s law struck again.” After the alignment was finished, a senior Tec inspected the work and found an issue in my steering. I’m very tired of your cabs parking on Black Powder Ln. This is an HOA neighborhood which does not allow overnight parking and your vehicles are consistently parked here. Your employee needs to use his driveway or garage. I will reach out to the HOA as well but it’s not good advertisement for your business and all of the neighbors are not happy.

Booked a cab to take us to the airport at 0430. No cab arrived. Called dispatch and they had no record of the booking although I have multiple emails with the details of our pick up. Dispatch had no driver available. We ended up needing to drive ourselves. Dispatch did call me back after locating a driver but we were already on the road and running late to catch our flight. The gentleman at dispatch was very apologetic and attempted to help, that is why there is two stars instead of 1.

The dispatcher's accent, was to thick & hard to understand. The dispatcher repeatedly did not understand me. The dispatcher needed me to say 1 letter at a time. The dispatcher after the 1 letter at a time, could not pronounce the words. I had to repeat each letter and pronounce it for the dispatcher more than twice.

These scumbags have a known bad reputation in town. They are also out there using their cabs and driving for uber at the same time, which directly goes against Uber's policy. The guy who drives the white Chevy impala is a major offender.
Also, why is it that Bend Cab has its drivers driving for Uber and Lyft at the same time, while using bend cab vehicles? That clearly violates both ride share companies policies. Maybe it's time these scumbags get turned in to Uber and Lyft so they can cancel them as drivers.

Last night I attended a show at the midtown and it was amazing! As the night end I needed to find a safe ride back to Redmond, so i called bend cab at 1130. I was told by dispatch that it was a 20 minute wait. I told dispatch that I had three stops to make in Redmond (I had two other friends with me) I also told them I would pay whatever for the extra. I got text props telling them they were on thier way and then two telling me they were out side. We have found this cab professional, and always clean. I feel comfortable and confident when booking for family, as we have a new baby and it makes airport runs a little harder. This is our go to to support local businesses (rather than Uber or Lyft) as they are the best for prebooking to the airport, especially for early flights

I called four hours before my wife was scheduled to land at Redmond Airport o have a cab pick her up from the airport - was told no problem there would be someone there to pick her up and that they would check the flight status to make sure they were there on time.
My wife landed EXACTLY on schedule and there was no one there to pick her up. And EVEN WORSE, there were two other people who had also called Bend Taxi who were waiting for their cabs as well. How can you have THREE people waiting and not send a cab.

I was in Bend over the weekend and I called around 9:30 Saturday evening for a cab. Someone answered the phone. I advised I needed a cab and they asked for my location which I gave. They said ok, it'd be around 30 minutes and hung up. With Brewfest going on, I understood it would be busy.
