Called the night before to schedule a ride to work because I am a responsible employee and enjoy my job, they entered the time wrong refused to pick me up on time, gave me no sorry no nothing no discount. This made me late to work and they wanted full price for the ride. I gave him 10 bucks and told him to collect the rest from the person who messed up my order...they then tried to extort an extra $6.00 beond what he was trying to charge me in the first place...

Oh wow! 2.4 Stars!! My question is how could a company possibly stay in business with that low of a rating. They must go through a lot of staff or frequently hire those who are unhirable.
Each Complaint seems like a consist problem that are much like the others. What a company should do when it receives a poor review or complaint from a client. The Company should do a full and independent Investigation with an outside review. So based on these complaints. It appears that has never been done before. Reputation is everything Good and Bad!

Quality vs. Quantity is what I always look for in any business. When I first got to Central Oregon I was going in need of reliable transportation from professional people. I found just that with Taxis of Bend. I enjoyed it so much I decided to go to work for them and I love it!

As for the HOA comment. To resolve the issues.
I live in an HOA. Based on what you described. It's illegal and against all HOA Bylaws and the City and County CCRs. To park any vehicle (other than any Emergency Vehicle) in any location other than a driveway or in a garage. So if they are parking in a violation area such as a "No Parking" zone or on a Street, Sidewalk, yellow or red emergency area. You get the idea. A customer wanted me to call them a taxi after checking her out, I called and told the guy my location , he replied with “k bye” to me this does not sound like he is sending a cab so I went to call checkered and the same guy answered and told me “ you already called , we are sending you a cab if you keep calling we won’t send you a cab !” I called a different business for a reason . I have used Randy several times. Each time has been at 3:00-5:00 AM. He has never been late. And he doesn't squak when I change the pickup location last minute. There are a few bad reviews here that I can only assume are from individuals who originated from south of the Oregon border.
Randy is not a touchy feel good say whatever to make you happy type of guy. His job is to get you from point A to point B in a safe professional manner. He does this well. God awful customer service. Called for a cab to pick me up so I could get to work. As they were nearing being 10 minutes late I decide to go outside and check to see if they're coming up the road, and see them coming towards my house. I had a horrible experience with this taxi company and would never recommend it. I was dropped off/picked up from the exact same location and somehow on the way home our taxi cab driver decided to take the long way home (15 miles vs. 8 miles on the way there) and wanted to charge us $20.00 more for the trip home. He called our prior cab and she confirmed that she charged us $20.00 less, but then continue to tell him that he should charge us whatever he wants and we need to deal with it (yes he had his volume up loud enough where I could hear EVERYTHING).
