For the most part, they've been pretty good at taking care of and controlling my chronic pain. However, they can be extremely difficult to reach by phone. Case-in-point: I an appointment reminder card that says I have an appointment today, but I received a reminder text saying it's tomorrow. Whenever I try to contact them via phone, I'm either on hold for nearly 15 minutes (every time without fail), or it tells me to leave a message. This would easily be solved if they had more than one telephone number listed per state and one person manning the phones.

Dynamic Pain and Wellness is a warm, caring pain management practice. I would gladly give them a five except for one issue. Other than during a procedure, I have not seen a MD since my second visit about four years ago. I have seen some amaze and wonderful P.A.s and a couple mediocre ones; however, the vast majority are amazing. That aside, I feel that at least once a year, I feel you should see an MD just in case those extra years of training and experience brings extra knowledge to the situation. This is truly a caring, and excellent pain management practice that exceeds any pain management practice

I had high hopes for this place, however, I felt hurried through my first appt. I don't feel like the Dr. listened to my concerns. It seemed like he had made up his mind what was wrong with me before he saw me. He suggested I do injections that I know won't help as I have done all this in the past with no relief. Nerve burning a didn't help. I just want someone to hear me and take me seriously. I have been living with unbearable joint pain for years and I guess that isn't going to change until I find a doctor that will actually listen to me.

Very friendly staff and front desk is well-organized. My only concern is that they do not have a policy on patients waiting in the waiting room talking on their cell phones. That is annoying, and personnel failed to address my request to ask people in the waiting room to refrain from using cell phones to receive calls and discuss their private information.

Without a doubt the worst pain management experience I have ever had! I have been a pain management patient in the past, so I am familiar with the proper way to treat someone in intense pain. I was not treated that way here.
This practice, and Dr. McCuine in particular, seem to be all about the money. They insisted that I have the same painful injections that I have had in the past that do not work. I had a nerve block injection that was terribly painful and during the procedure, I cried out in pain. The doctor basically told me to shut up!

Where to start? I've had nothing but issues here...
My first appointment, I was referred here for hip problems. They refused to talk about my hips, and would only talk about a recent back injury. I told them if I had to choose one, my hips are a much higher priority, as they are whats hurting the most, for years. It took me getting hysterical for them to listen to ANYTHING!
When I asked what i was supposed to do for any kind of pain control while at home, and waiting for the injections the told me to get, they shrugged and said idk.

They are more concerned with office procedure than following the Hippocratic oath of doing no harm! If a patient has already had a specific treatment that caused more pain than requiring them to do it again just because it’s office procedure to do it is not ok! Now I can’t even reach someone to cancel appointments that I didn’t even want scheduled to begin with! Not to mention telling me I couldn’t leave until I provided a urine sample which I had went to the bathroom prior to my appointment cause no one told me I would need to give a urine sample. Finally they said because I said it wasn’t
