Reception is the face of your office. No one wants to feel uncomfortable in the waiting room, just by being greeted by someone so out of touch and rude as it gets. This chic has some real nerve, being rude to everyone, and expecting them to bow to her. NOT HAPPENING, LADY. Try looking inward and find your happy place. You certainly are annoying, and hold NO POWER . Find another job.

I am 60 years old now and a nurse. I am so disgusted with these cat and mouse games for these doctors to make more money sending you everywhere when they used to take care of you. Do not go here if your in pain and need your medicine!!!. It's another sham and waste of your time. You just can't afford to be sick anymore! It should be un ethical to treat people this way. Total waist of time!!!

This place can be best described as an "Un-Professional Barnum & Bailey Magic Act" where they make your money disappear and magically re-appear in their pockets! I wanted to give them 0 stars but it won't allow that. So please be forewarned do not just walk away from this place but RUN as fast as you possibly can. I guess that they didn't get the memo that Barnum & Bailey had went out of business!! Nothing professional about this operation but the Cash Register.

My husband is in terrible back pain from DDD, we waited 2 months for a new patience appointment, THEN the day of, they would not take self pay, they knew this the whole time! Was referred by our family doctor, she received all his records 2 months in advance, then turned away with cash money in hand $2000. Still NO NO NO! Why, because they scam the insurances! Staff so rude to my husband and myself over the phone, she's not a caring doctor at all, $$$$ is all she is about, but cash is not enough!!! Don't go to her!!

She's a great doctor and seems to know what she's doing, but the professionalism is disturbing. Be prepared to get told you have missed appointments (her office or the hospital you get work done), when you never received a call about it ($25 each time), be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes past your appointment time, and to hear her and her nurses talk down about you and her other patients through the walls. Your choice,but if the VA didn't send me there, I would go else where!!
