I went in a few months ago now, but the damage that was done to my nails for what was supposed to be a soak off has only just finished growing out. The soak off turned into a Dremel being used to grind through the polish and through my fingernails.
It was painful for weeks my nails were shaved so thin and two of my nails ripped off almost to the base. One of my nail beds became infected shortly after.
I have never in my life had so many issues with my nails. I'm not sure if I just caught them on a bad day but I will not be returning.

Wish there was a way to give zero stars for this place. DON'T GO HERE! I went there based on the photo gallery on Google as it gave the impression this salon knew how to do long nails as well as designs. Waited for about a half-hour as they do not take reservations, and the technician that did my nails waited halfway into my fill that she didn't know how to do long nails. It took her over two hours to finish, broke one of my nails, and had the nerve to charge me for a nail repair. Not one of my nails was even or matched. Walked in 1 hr prior to closing for a quick color change. Owner stated they were already closed with flashing "open" sign on door. Last time I used this place near closing time, they allowed many people to walk in 1 hr prior to closing for full sets etc...Doesn't make any sense. I will give my business to another salon in Richmond Hill who works until their stated closing time.

I decided to try this place and I was not disappointed. As I was waiting I had a good feeling about the place. My nails from a previous nail appointment didn't look too appealing. The young lady did a great job. I then got a pedicure and this young lady was so amazing. She was friendly, professional and considerate. I will definitely come back. I actually said I found my new nail salon as I was heading back home.

First of all I am extremely impressed. I have to say I moved here about a month ago from a place where the nails meant everything. I took my nails off because I needed a fresh set. I saw there were a couple places around where I live and looked up reviews before I chose a place to try. I was hesitant because of the location of the Salon. Hiding behind food lion. But when I went in. I was seated quickly and my nails started almost immediately. She was quick, only about 45 minutes to an hour. She was extremely clean and the quality of the work done was something I am proud to show off. It was $40

I walked in there with my two year old not expecting to be wowed but i was. They were friendly and took the time even on just a polish change. I have had bad experiences here before but the new staff is great. I will definitely be back. The gentleman that did my nails did such a Gigi's job.
Update. 8/1/19 Place is rude and after 10 hours my gel polish chipped and came off. Then when i went to go get it fixed they said i needed to wait for the man who did my nails to fix it??? Clearly he was inexperienced why would i want him to do it again. After all that the next gentleman who "tried

This place is terrible! I was treated so unprofessional, it was actually embarrassing. I called around 12:30 to ask how long their wait time was for a full set with regular polish, I was told 10 minutes. So I said ok I'll be there soon. I got there in 5 minutes and waited 40 minutes before being seen. So I got up quietly and started to walk out the door, a women then acknowledged me and said "excuse me. Ma'am I'm done now" and I just decided to go back to my car and go home til they were less busy. I contemplated coming back later today because I wasn't acknowledged

I went there this morning for a basic mani, and to be honest, it was the worst mani I've ever had. First off the nail polish run over my cuticles. Second, the nail polish wasn't even on my nails. And lastly when asked how I wanted my nails shape and explained to the tech I like my nail sqareval. However, she shaped my nails however she wanted.
