I didn't have a bad experience during my nail appointment but my nails didn't even last a week so therefore I wouldn't recommend this place. If I'm paying $50+ for my nails I expect them to last at least two weeks

First time back to Diva since Pandemic started. They have remodeled and all techs still are wearing masks. Inside looks pretty and clean. They don't require customers to wear masks but seat you one chair away from other people. My gel mani looks perfect. Pedicure looked was relaxing as well but massages never seem to match what's advertised as 10 minutes long. Prices had gone up $80 for basic classic mani/pedi with gel polish only on finger nails.

Let me first start off by saying the customer service was mediocre. No greetings, and no one offered me and my bf anything to drink while everyone else was being offered something. Now the pedicure... I'm extremely disappointed. The lady that did my toes said I was good to go but when I got home it was chipped and smudged I went back the following day to get it fixed and it looked WORSE. What a waste of time and money.

First, I had to wait probably 15 minutes just to get someone to come to the front desk to check me out. Then, Lynn walked up and was incredibly rude and did not want to help me at all and was very put out that I was using a gift card. If they don't want people to use gift cards, then don't have any!! She barely said a word and when she did it was rude and impolite. I asked if I could tip the lady that did my pedicure and she said no and would not let me tip her so I had to use cash and go find the lady that did my pedicure and tip her with that. All of this was after I had already had

Shouldn't she call me back? Nothing. After calling a week and a half I gave up. They clearly need that 50.00 more than I do but I won't go back or recommend to anyone.

I was here for a gel mani and regular pedi. They charge $45 USD!!! For gel mani and $43 for what I would call a regular pedi. Total of $93 USD and I didn't pick any add-ons. I was recently at another nail salon in Flower Mound and I paid $80 for birth services with neck massage.
I do not see the value for what they charge. Time to look for a new place with more reasonable prices.

Got #523 dipping powder. The nail color I got was completely different from the sample color. I ended up with bright pink nails. I told them I didn't want tips, so they also filed down my nails to nothing instead of shaping the length that I did have. They offered to redo the color but I had already been there over an hour and didn't have time to wait. If you do dipping powder then you know how long that can take. Then they asked me to come back the next day and they would fix it. Again...I don't have time to go back and wait another 2 hours. The tech's hands were shaking the

Very friendly. Nice job with dipping powder nails. Lots of color choices. Easy to get an appointment. Pedicures are problematic. I have been nicked twice and for the first time ever, developed a fungal infection after a pedicure. Won't have pedicures there anymore but still go for dipping powder nails.

My second time going to diva nails. The first time I got the gel nails and had a photo of what I wanted, I left with exactly the same nails as what was pictured this most recent time I got the dipped nails and I absolutely love them! I've had nails before from other nail salons and didn't like how thick they were but diva nails makes them look natural! This is my salon from now on!

We came to this nail salon after others told us they were full. There were 4 of us who desperately needed to get mani pedis for a wedding the same day. Not only did they accommodate our needs, they also got us ALL in and out in an hour. We just knew we would be here all day. Very clean, professional and quick service.

Made an appointment for 3:30 for my mom and I have to have nails and toes done at the same time together.
Got here to sit here for 25 min to have no one even start on us. People have walked in for there 4:00 appointments and are leaving.
Not very impressed at all and we have been coming here for a while now. Only happened the past few times we have been here but by far the worst!

Stopped in with my daughter at 11:30a today (Thursday). The receptionist didn't know the prices... Had to flip through the flyer. That should have clued me in to say thank you and leave.
But, we're new to town and this shop is literally a mile from our new house.
Immediately behind us walks in a grandma and her two little ones. The girl took us all to the pedi chairs. My daughter wanted a mani only so they sat her in a chair. 20 minutes is what my very average & kinda sad pedi took. Zero pleasantries or pampering. My daughter sat there with nothing.
