Terrible customer service. My order contained spelling errors. When I called Mark verbally assaulted me by screaming, cussing and calling me the C word. This attack was completely unexpected and unprovoked. Not once did I cuss and I did not even raise my voice until I was called a "dumb effing C". Buyer beware.
