We're completely enamored with the gorgeous dusting of springtime all over this dreamy styled shoot by J29 EVENTS. The soft whites and ethereal quality of a blooming almond orchard set an incredible backdrop and OLIVIA SMARTT totally captured it's fairytale-like qualities. I usually don't write to complain but because i have not been able to resolve this issue with the business directly, I feel cheated and hurt . I need to stop this from happening to others. The reason my mother's memorial was ruined is simple and happened from negligence and not following up. When you hire someone to do those things for you so you can have help you need to be confident that it will go through as requested. Great doesn't even begin to cover how amazing Lindsey and her team are to work with. I was able to get married this past year during the Pandemic all because Lindsey helped me make it happen. I can't even begin to explain the number of hurdles we faced together, from COVID shutdowns to California wildfires, pivoting our plans 100 times with very little time. Lindsey was so on top of everything -- she came to the table with creative solutions and ideas, and always remained calm, hopeful and encouraging in stressful situations. Lindsey is, simply put, AMAZING! She was our day-of coordinator for our wedding reception in Palo Alto. To say she went above and beyond doesn't really cut it. Lindsey wore multiple hats in addition to coordinator; she was a bartender at points, a mechanic (fixing malfunctioning heat lamps), and set-up/breakdown crew. We are so grateful that we had her to make sure that our day went smoothly--she encouraged us to just enjoy our day because she had everything covered. I have worked alongside Lindsey a couple times now, and it's a pleasure each time because I know what to expect. She is responsive, attentive, organized, and skilled at planning events. She knows how to rock a themed party, and she has the resources to make it happen. My favorite quality is that she doesn't stop short of excellence. I recently was hired by Lindsey to shoot her son's incredible birthday party! Let me just say this. I have never seen a 5 year olds party quite like this before. She had EVERY detail covered! From early communications me, to group communications with timeline to all of the vendors, to more individual ones with me stating expectations and answering my questions.
Lindsey is awesome to work with. She has a great attitude, an immense eye for the details and really knows how to dial everything in! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to plan an event or a wedding!

Lindsey was a consummate advocate for us when we got married at a small inn up north. We loved the place and the staff, but it was really nice to have Lindsey around to speak our language and make sure our needs were met on our big day.

When we were planning she was easily able to hone in on our likes and dislikes and give perfect suggestions in general, as well as bring in rentals that tied it all together in ways that surpassed my expectations.
At the reception the dessert bar, the votives, the table and mantle-scapes, were picture perfect and she was able to take all the stress of it off my mind and just let me enjoy the moment.
So it was a win-win-win...great experience working with her

Lindsey and Trunks and Tales knocked it out of the park for my daughter's 7th Birthday sleepover. We chose a Glamping theme and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. Lindsey is a master at the little details that you would never think of that absolutely make the party. I was so proud about the way everything turned out and the process along the way. I didn't want to take anything down! I got more and more excited as every girl (and their parents) walked in the house. We hired Lindsey for our Company Holiday Party this year and she did NOT disappoint at all. Lindsey helped us take on the challenge of converting a meeting space into a Ski Lodge. She understood the vision, had the perfect decor to match with our existing pieces and helped us create a wonderful party for our team. Our team absolutely loved it!! My wife has hired Lindsey annually for each of my son's birthday's. Let's just say she set the bar so high that I'm sure she will be planning his next 15 or so...;)
Her vision and her attention to every single aspect of the party is like nothing we have ever seen. Her creativity, down to most minute detail, really brings the theme to life.

Lindsey is a blessing to all brides on earth. My husband and I elected to go with a bare bones venue that had never hosted a wedding before. We had 16 dedicated and talented vendors involved to pull off our dream wedding. Lindsey being one of the critical 16!
