Our mission is to help you create a personalized event that is both a celebration of your special occasion and kind to the environment. We offer a variety of services from wedding and private party planning, to conference services and nonprofit fundraisers.
Let us help you plan your wedding weekend, with our Full Weekend Planning package, or select to have us focus all our attention on your wedding day, while you can enjoy your guests to the very fullest. We offer a planning partnership through our Partial Planning, and for those looking to take on the planning themselves, our Month of Coordination packages is the perfect fit.
We have worked on multi-day conferences, large scale business meetings and trade shows, both local and national. Our experience includes managing the opening night reception for the International Marine Conservation Congress, Washington DC, and for the San Francisco Green Film Festival. We have participated in trade shows in Los Angeles, Chicago (winner of sustainable booth award), Orlando and San Francisco.

We could not have asked for better than to hire Sadie and her team. With a month before our wedding, and our understanding that things were quickly getting complicated, we put in our call for help. Sadie was fantastic from the start. She listened and questioned, as opposed to telling us what needed to be done. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and the only thing we stressed about on the day of was getting dressed in time. Strongly recommend hiring these folks earlier in the process - it would have saved even more time and money.

I've been fortunate enough to work with Sadie of One Big Fish Event Planning a couple times in the past two years. She is a delight to work with bringing together amazing vendors to collaborate on the clients vision. She is detail oriented & makes the day of run smooth. She is always calm & collected just as a planner/coordinator should be. Highly recommended.
