I had a ride the evening of the 21 of November.
I was a bit worried cause of my hotel was not so known and I had a flight in the night.
The driver was SUPER on time(10 min. before rendezvous), really polite and kind. Really calm and safe in driving.
Pleasant conversation during the trip to airport.
The car was perfect: no smell, new, and comfortable.
Price from Soma bay to Hurghada airport 244 EP, fair price!!!

First time we ordered them and ask for a car and told then we have a kite bag they have send us an little fiat tipo, we had to put my kite lugage on the back seat and had to share the front seat together... the driver was 40 minutes to late, instead of 15 minutes as they told us, we had to wait 55 minutes... in el gouna the driver just stopped in front of our hotel on the wrong side of the street and almost crashed with a tuktuk... even with the delay we had to pay full price... the second time we asked for the airport transfer and after everything was set up and we agrred they just changed the

Easy booking, English speaking Customer service available round the clock, even on Fridays. You call their mobile number they disconnect your call and call you right back.
Before time arrival of Taxi for an early morning departure in Soma Bay, English speaking driver, mint condition car, fair price, accurate meter.

Never again!! I missed my flight cause of the driver came late 40 mins. Now I have to wait 9h in hurgada airport and then another 5 hours in another airport and pay 300eu more, instead of my direct flight!!!
Ps. They were very communicative when I contacted them. Apologised and sent me the flight cost. Recommend, but just to make sure I will use their service when going from the airport.

Called ABC for a female friend at 4.00 am. The taxi arrived and on the way the driver stopped to pick up another fare being a man, while my friend in the taxi. She refused to have the man in the taxi as she was not travelling with 2 men in a taxi and she had booked taxi for just her. I have tried to call ABC but no answer, they cut the call. On arrival the driver tried to charge more, my friend was happy to pay meter plus tip. What are ABC drivers playing at and does not give ABC cars a good reputation.

We had a great ride with our ABC Taxi, booking through WhatsApp was smooth, our driver arrived 10min later and gladly waited 5min while we paid for our drinks. He was super nice and chatted with us and gave us tips about choosing a dive center. The price was 100LE, a little more than the advertised 90LE but totally fine to my standards. I gave 50LE too much (by mistake) and he gave me my money back, a really nice guy.
