Was with them for many years and then let our new landscaping company talk us into using their irrigation repair within the company. Nightmare. Now that we are back with Superior our lawn looks great. We will not leave again.

I have been researching a project to convert my home irrigation system from analog to an electronic digital system that works with home automation setups. The folks at Superior have been very patient as I ask questions on their services and have provided useful information as I go through the research process before committing. Not alot of companies will do this before you commit to the project. Thank you Superior!

I was blown away with how difficult they are to work with. Both the employees were condescending and rude on the phone. Then they charged and arm and a leg for just an estimate, then marked up the parts outrageously, and did the bare minimum of work.
They give you a large window of time in which they will come by. Then they called me when they were two minutes away from the house and I missed their initial call so the receptionist and driver proceeded to call me five times. When i was able to answer they were very rude.

This business has a great do-it-yourself parts counter opened to the public:).I have been able to find every part I have been looking for, especially the ones the "big box stores" didn't have, mainly the Toro 570 nozzles. I was amazed to find out how many parts , pieces, and brands there are in average lawn irrigation systems. By taking a picture on my phone and bringing it with me the gentlemen at Superior knew exactly what I needed by looking at it.:-) I love Superior!!!

My health is not what it used to be so getting out in the yard is just not easy anymore. I've called Superior numerous times and they continue to provide honest, dependable, and valuable services. They've completely earned my trust and that certainly isn't easy to do. Superior is my company!!!

I paid for quality and I got it...!!!!
There is nothing more important to me than value, and that's what I got from Superior Sprinkler. They weren't the cheapest but I didn't want cheap, I wanted it DONE RIGHT. As a long term homeowner I believe in fixing things the right way to keep my home in good shape year round, and calling Superior Sprinkler was a very smart move.............and they're family owned too, and I like to support local family owned businesses. :-)

I REALLY WANT TO GIVE ZERO STARS!!!!!!
I have never experienced a more exasperating phone conversation with a sales person!!! I was asking for a quote...an initial consultation. Nick the sales person proceeded to tell me that there would be a $49.00 fee for that plus three hours of an additional hourly fee. I was shocked and blown away. How dare you try to charge me to earn my business!!! I am a consumer and I won't pay anyone one red cent until I can compare several companies. They are delusional if they think otherwise!!!! I also would never hire a company whose sales force finds it acceptable

My senior citizen widowed neighbor who lives out of state half the year, asked me to meet a Superior Sprinkler representative to obtain an estimate for a repair to her sprinkler system. I met the representative, who verbally told me the broken part would cost at least $400, and that it would probably take 2-3 hours to install the part. He then said he would prepare an estimate and forward it to me to send to my neighbor. He did not at any time mention a charge for the estimate, and my neighbor also told me unequivocally that there had been no mention of any charge for an estimate.
