Bill Serpa has been doing business in Palm Beach County and the surrounding areas as McD Sprinklers since 1984. Our success is simple, understand your customer's needs and fulfill them. We pride ourselves on our workmanship, communication skills and the ability to be flexible. We also maintain all types if irrigation systems from the single family home to large commercial and residential communities.
This program includes a check of your Irrigation system Controller, valves, Rain Sensor and pump station if applicable. We physically test each component. Each zone is tested while water is running. All heads are straightened, all nozzles unclogged and sprinklers are adjusted for maximum coverage. All repairs such as replacement of Controller, Rain Sensor, valves, pump start, pump or Sprinkler heads would be completed with owner's approval.

I wish I had read the previous review before hiring, but at the suggestion of my landscaper I hired MCD to ensure that my irrigation system was up and running perfectly to protect the brand new landscaping. Within 2 weeks of our install, the flowers started dying from dirt that was bone dry. Then the new trees started turning brown. When I called MCD to say that I was having issues with irrigation he started yelling and insisting on full payment (which had only come that very morning). I finally got him to agree to stop by and make adjustments, but he didn't repair anything. The sprinklers

DO NOT USE This company for any work.
The owner is rude, they do not stand behind their work, and their work is shotty. They did a brand new installation on new construction on a one acre lot for sprinklers, a well, and pump. Less than a year later the pump started leaking at the above ground PVC connections and the pipes are bulging from using the wrong strength PVC pipe. The pump was never bolted to the underlying concrete and the constant vibrations caused the PVC connections to come loose and leak. They refuse to come evaluate the issue or stand by their work. On top of that, the owner is insulting
