This review is more in regards to the young lady who helped me this morning. I went out looking for a bouquet with Sunflowers and other mixed flowers for my wife's 50th Bday today. This Conroy's had a good selection, both vased, non-vased, etc. The young lady who helped me was courteous and offered to refresh the water and box the bouquet, etc. This wasn't a cheap bouquet as it was $80 dollars which I still felt was a fair price for the quality. If I could do 0 stars I would. They didn't delivery my moms Mother's Day flowers and when I called 1800 flowers they said this location said it would be 2 more days before a replacement could be sent with 0 refund or credits being offered to me. Just last month this location was also subbed out to fill another order which was late (delivered after 6pm so business was closed) and when they left the flowers they left the receipt showing the cost instead of the note to the recipient

Ordered an extra large Fields of Europe bouquet through 1800Flowers.com that featured star gazer lilies, my wife's favorite flower. Received a bouquet I could have bought at Trader Joe's for less than $10 with not one single star gazer lily in it. My wife was so underwhelmed and disappointed. The look on her face was even more upsetting than the bouquet. Wish I could give this florist negative stars.

Horrible absolutely horrible! I ordered flowers from 1800 Flowers and this is the shop that got the order. The 1st bouquet was delivered with about half the flowers that were advertised on 1800 Flowers. I called 1800 Flowers to complain and they arranged to have a 2nd bouquet delivered. The 2nd bouquet was about the same as the 1st. The WORST part is, Conroy's called the recipient directly and yelled at her for complaining about the flowers and demanded they come to her office and pick up the 1st bouquet. The caller ID was 714-947-0294. Totally unprofessional and appalling they would call

I ordered through 1800 Flowers and paid an additional fee to have it delivered between 9 am and 12 pm, they called me around noon to tell me that they're not sure how they're going to deliver it (even after I gave them a ton of detailed info that should've made it easy). It finally got delivered at 2 pm. The person I sent the flowers to sent me a picture of the flowers and I was absolutely embarrassed because it truly looked like it belonged in the trash. What was delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered. They put a lot less roses, the vase color was wrong, and the arrangement

Alex is one of the girls that works at this place.I come here every month to buy flowers and she always provides excellent customer service. This place has great selection of flowers, seasonal decor, cards and gifts. Aways something pretty for the special people in our lives. Lots of different price items for different budgets

If I could give no stars I would. This is by far the worst florist I have ever utilized. Out of 7 orders they got only 2 correct. 2 of the orders they supposedly no longer carry even though they are on their website. Their customer service over the phone is beyond terrible. They cannot do anything without speaking with the owner who is allegedly out. My orders were holiday gifts for clients who will no longer get them. I will never use this place or another Conroy's again. You would think a company like this would bring their A game during the holidays but I wouldn't give them more

This location mixed up two bereavement bouquets, one for my father and another for a family across town. The other family contacted us and my sister drove to their home to pick up our bouquet and dropped off theirs. Needed a wedding bouquet done. Went by a week in advance and was told it could be done. Followed up the following Tuesday (two days before my wedding) had to drive all the way back to store from my work because the girl Celina didn't remember what I wanted. Picked up the bouquet today. Roses look wilted. The roses were sticking out on top of the other flowers. Looks so tacky but at this point I have no choice but to use the flowers as I will have none. Not happy at all with the quality or the look they promised to deliver, even after I showed pictures of what I wanted.

We're on our way to see Grandma and this place just happens to be on the way there, and a perfect pit-stop since there wasn't really any other florists around, might I add. It looks like they have been commercialized to "1-800-flowers." The service there was ok; the staff seemed kind of busy putting together arrangements and didn't have much around for us to choose from (as in already-prepared bouquets). I came here because I had a voucher deal from Amazon. I was able to order a floral arrangement over the phone and pick them up in person a few days later. I was a bit concerned that the flowers wouldn't look fresh as I was picking them up on a Sunday. I was wrong. The flowers looked GREAT! They even added flowers that hadn't even bloomed yet, so the arrangement will last a while.
The staff member who helped me on the phone was courteous as well as the staff member who brought out my flowers when I picked them up. Thank you so much! I will definitely return!
