I did receive a delivery from Conroy's on the 24th. The young man who delivered this time was very nice. He was NOT the original delivery driver. I asked him if he had any trouble locating my home and he said not at all. Despite my finally receiving a nice arrangement, there is no doubt in my mind that I only received it as a result of 1-800 flowers contacting this shop directly and telling them to replace it. Nothing in this shop's demeanor gave me any indication that they would replace the arrangement they mis-delivered or really cared anything about it. They never even said they

This is the most disrespectful flower place I've ever encountered. They are rude, have no information or knowledge about their products and literally said they rejected my order before even placing one. Their reason? I wanted the flowers delivered within a 4 hour time frame. Why would 1800 flowers do business with them?? Do not waste your time.

I have always thought that employees that work at florists, bakeries and similar must be the happiest employees! Most of the time, they are dealing with celebrations such as graduations, birthdays, weddings and so on. And in my past experience, I have been right in my assumption because I’ve always had the best experience. In fact, the delivery and customer service adds to the experience. Afterall, we can all just go to a supermarket but we choose to go to specialists to make it even more special.

I ordered online a beautiful pastel sympathy arrangement to be delivered. What was actually delivered looked nothing like what I ordered. The colors were garish and a terrible combination. Completely inappropriate for the occasion. I realize not all flowers are available and are subject to change but the substitutions were seriously ugly.

I'll keep this short and sweet - my husband ordered a bouquet for me for mother's day to be delivered early (in this case, friday 5/8). when they were delivered that afternoon, he was upset to see that the lilies weren't open - i reassured him that they would open in a day or so, and that the bouquet was lovely, not to worry.

Disappointed in the device. The owners were condescending and snapping to their new hire who was going above and beyond to help me get the arrangement I wanted. Store had used cigarette that one of the owners had smoked right on the counter near register, with a horrible smell. Neither owner present would actually pay me attention and help answer questions. A third owner came in with lunch and they were more focused on that then helping a paying customer. I was asked why didn't I do this all online- well I live down the street and it's easier.

Great Job to Conroy's Flowers on 7th Street at Bellflower Blvd. I ordered Birthday Flower for my Wife on April 8th and as you can see, serveral days later, they still look beautiful. Conroy's delivered them within a few hours of me placing the order. My Wife was so pleased and keeps commenting how wonderful they look.

I ordered by phone for home delivery of a flower arrangement for our anniversary. The flowers were delivered on time and were the most beautiful arrangement I have ever ordered. I selected the designers choice arrangement. The flowers were very fresh and lasted well over a week with most still looking good at nine days.
I would highly recommend this flower shop and I will be ordering again from them.

Stopped by here to pick up some flowers that were supposed to be delivered to my home. A client sent me flowers for my birthday and for some reason this place could not coordinate delivery for me that was convenient. So then I had to trek all the way to this store to pick up my flowers which was super inconvenient and took multiple tries. Once I got there, I had to wait for a while for someone to appear at the register and finally wait for the flowers to be found. Overall if I had gone in to order flowers for others or buy a bouquet, I am sure the experience would have been different.

Besides it being Valentines today! And my flowers haven't been delivered YET! and it's about to be 2:00 p.m., I don't need some lame excuse it's Vday! An hour later I received my flower SUPER late via FEDX (Instead of actually looking forward to these flowers, im full of pure disappointment, it would have been more affordable to not even bother with these Co. So, I received the flowers in a box and the roses are damaged. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS CO. After having a bad experience with another local flower shop my boyfriend tried this place. Much better! The flowers are lasting beautifully.
The only reason for the missing star is because he specifically asked them to deliver it before 10am (as I was leaving after that) and they failed to do that. They did say they could try and redeliver it but there was a two hour window and I didn't have that kind of time.
They took the flowers back to the shop and delivered it the next day at an appropriate time. That was fine. Overall, better experience than most of the other local shops we&apos
