Overall good service. Driver kindly folded my wheelchair and stowed it in back. Drive rude, short, and used profanity (the last one not directed at me)

They are extremely unpredictable and can't give me an answer after two hours. Get real. You have trash vehicles as well.

They came on time they took me where I needed to go it did to go, the driver was pleasant to talk to I would certainly use them again

Cab never showed up. Called the company multiple times for an update and they didn’t answer.

Called for taxi they answered and told me it was going to be a 40 minute wait. 40 mins came around and no taxi showed up. I tried calling and they will not pick up there phone now. Worse service ever!!n

I would give 5 stars but my very first time riding with this company (about a week and a half ago) left a very bad taste in my mouth on almost every aspect. But later in the day I was forced to ride with them again and I can tell you I had a very pleasant experience this round (yes, I got the same driver)….the driver may had been having a bad morning but all was well and was apologized too…I have ridden several times since with 0 problems…

THEY WILL JUST IGNORE YOU!!! Just called for a taxi at 600p. They said 30 mins. 50 mins later i call back, and the guy says "were working on it". 20 mins after that i call back again and my calls are being denied. he wont even answer the phone.

This company is highly unprofessional. definitely would not recommend.someone i know has bern waiting well over a hour for them to show amd they said they were there and they weren't. amd they were pretty snarky when they called the company back.

I did like them but drivers don't wear masks and some of the cabs are dirty. Mike was one of the best drivers I had.
One of the drivers I had used my card and Tipped himself $4...when telling me to get some of my things out of the cab. Sorry bud, but I wAtch when doing transactions with my card.

Called and they told me it would be 45 minutes til they could get me, so I sat and waited. They never showed up at all and after I had called about 5 times to see where my cab was and no one picked up the phone, it then went straight to voicemail, and didn’t even have the option to leave a message because the voicemail was not set up. What an… absolute garbage business. They also don’t accept cards which I found out previously from using them. I won’t call again. Just all around shady. Call green cab or get an Uber or Lyft if available. Anything but starlight.

Booked a ride with this company in advance. Confirmed the taxi a week before. The day we needed transportation the taxi did not show up called multiple times no answer no voicemail setup what a horrible way to do business. I DO NOT RECOMMENE THIS COMPANY IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.

Never taking Starlight again. Rarely on time. Missed my plane after calling ahead of time.

I'm not one to complain but I've had nothing but horrible experiences with this company. Here I am, over twenty minutes late to work twiddling my thumbs on my front porch wondering when my cab is going to get here...considering they told me 10-15 minutes at 4:37. Once finally arriving at 5:27, the driver was very apologetic and offered me a free ride, which was appreciated, but I would have much rather preferred paying the fare and getting to my destination on time.

Having been injured at work and unable to drive, Mark the owner has been driving me three times a week to physical therapy from Farley to Dubuque for the past 6 months. I can't thank him enough. He has gone way out of his way to accommodate me even going to far as to help me with day to day things that most people take for granite.

I have had 2 close calls with your drivers now, one pulled out of a side street on to JFK by Taco Bell, not stopping at the stop sign and cutting over 3 lanes of traffic while cutting me off and having to slam on my breaks to avoid am accident. 2nd close call was tonight on the JFK/hwy20/cedar cross intersection, hwy 20 lights were green changing… to red the driver stopped, as soon as mine turned green I went and the taxi driver decided to take off, run the red light, causing me to stop in the intersection therefore running a red light when I had the green light..... I was in town visiting family for a week. Starlight Taxi got me everywhere I needed to go for a great price! I would definitely recommend Starlight to all my friends and family!
