I had to drop my vehicle off for some repairs and I called Green Cab Service to give me a ride back home after dropping my vehicle off. It was 4½ miles from where I dropped my vehicle off back to my house and it cost me $19.50!! I couldn't believe it for 4½ miles!! The driver was very nice and the cab was very clean, but I definitely will not be using there services in the future unless I absolutely have to!! If I was able to rate the driver, I'd give him 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

The taxi driver was so rude and upset with me because he couldn't find my address, while I was on the phone dispatch, of which told him where to come. As he was pulling up, I began to wave that its me and I'm here. When I began to share the discrepancies of how I saw him constantly passing me up, he started yelling and told me not to get in his cab. And drove off. This was the worst experience with GreenTaxi.

Made taxi arrangement from hotel to airport. Pickup time 4:20-4:30 a.m. Instructions I received were: “Driver will call you upon his arrival so you’ll know when he’s outside” Sat inside hotel until 4:25 a.m. No call, no taxi. I called company SEVERAL times and there was no answer no voicemail (so I guess it’s not really 24x7 service). I spoke to hotel front desk, who told me “the green taxi? … he was outside about half hour ago.” So he arrived too early, never called, never came into lobby, and then just left before pickup time. Now my family of 3 is stuck at the hotel, with a son

I called and called got no answer. I was sent to voicemail after 2 or 3 rings 5 or 6 times. That'is not good quality service. I ended up using a different taxi service.i called green cab again today at 7-19-2021 @ 4:51 before shift change. They are lazy and don't want to answer. 2 or 3 times I was sent to voicemail after 2 or 3 rings. Also 1 time after the first ring. They are lazy and don't want to answer close to shift change. I don't recommend them to nobody.

Don't "call on the fly" as their website advertises. They advertise open 24/7 and transport to airports. Called at about 1am for airport transport and dispatch said they didn't have anyone available. Did not offer me a later pickup.
Their loss, as I tipped the Starlight driver $60. Thank you Christine @ Starlight!
