Came in needing a fix on my broken iPhone screen. Grayson was super helpful in repairing it fast (20 minutes) and was very friendly and personable. My phone was pretty mangled to start off with, and honestly came out looking like a brand new phone. Overall I couldn’t recommend this place more for a quick fix while on Nantucket, it definitely beats going off island by a long shot.

Grayson is amazing!! He phoned me as soon as the screen replacement arrived. He offered to repair it after hours on a Saturday which was incredibly nice. I took the phone to his location downtown the next day (my decision) and he fixed my iPhone X in less than 30 minutes 😱 Excellent customer service, convenient location and priced accordingly. Turns out it was water damage
Called him and went down to see him
He pulled it apart, looked at it, saw the corrosion
Replaced the screen
All within 20mins

I accidentally dropped my phone in the ocean and I thought for sure it was a goner. I raced to Straight Wharf where I saw a sign posted that they have iPhone repair. I was so happy when I found it- Nantucket iPhone Repair. Their was no line luckily and they immediately diagnosed my phone and had good news, that it was repairable. I left the phone with Grayson who runs the shop and I did one errand and in less than 30 minutes my phone was up and running again like new. What a relief and what a convenient location, it could not have been easier! Thank you Grayson!
