I'd give it ZEO stars if I could!!! Took my daughter here to get her screen fixed. Phone started glitching within ten minutes of getting home. They told me to bring it back so I went back to Edg from VH only to learn they didn't have another in stock. Made an appointment to have new one put in after it arrived. Got there and the guy had left for the day. Finally got it fixed the next day and within a month it was a mess -- lines, streaks, a corner of the screen turning black and getting bigger. And I have heard of two other people who experienced the same thing. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Went to another store first to fix speaker on iPhoneX. Asked them if cleaning it would help. They said no and they wanted to replace it for $80 , wouldn't attempt to clean it. Went to Nutek. He immediately cleaned it, said his experience is that replacing it doesn't work, and refused to take money for it. Excellent honest and smart on Martha's vineyard

I was in need of an older model Microsoft Surface Pro charger that not even a Microsoft store off island could get in stock for a week. I called NuSpot and was told that they had my charger in stock ready to pick up, and when I went in they knew exactly what I was coming for. I had a frozen computer, called them and took it in. I had rebooted numerous times to try to get it working, but they showed me a simple technique of holding the off button for 10-15 seconds instead of just hitting it off. It worked, I left without any cost, and got my computer use restored. Anderson was pleasant, polite and very helpful...I was in need and a less scrupulous person could have really ripped me off.
Before me, a woman had a need for her phone, and he helped her graciously, giving her only what she needed too.
I will go back the next time a need arises.

These guys are magicians! Gustavo and Josh brought my IPhone back to life after the front and back LED screens had been cracked to bits. I don’t know how they did it! The service is also polite and very nice. Highly recommend. Very highly recommend! Please note, until today, I did not know these gentlemen or their service, so I’m not a friend or even acquaintance, just a very satisfied customer! Carry on, Gentlemen, you rock!

This is the place to go if you are experiencing issues with your cell phones, computers, & tablets. Owners are helpful, and very knowledgeable. I'm typing this review from my freshly repaired Kindle tablet that would not power on for months! I had tried everything, both Amazon and Best Buy declined me any service repairs, but NuSpot was glad to help and fixed it without any notice in no time at all! Give them a call, highly recommended!!
