Tracy is a safe and knowledgeable therapist with a commitment to her clients and their wellbeing. She has an comprehensive and holistic understanding of human anatomy and a PhD in neuroscience, for starters, but the true difference she makes is the care and concern she offers to her clients. She is not afraid to call doctors to share information that can improve treatment and consequently, has established trust and respect from surgeons across the region. She’s also quick to go the extra mile to ensure clients are safe within her practice, on the road, and in their homes.

This therapist starts off helping you, but you are soon just a paycheck to her. Your treatment sessions will go from 45 minutes to an hour to 15-20 minutes. A number of unskilled interns come and go on a weekly basis in this office, and she uses them as unpaid OT assistants. She does not focus and retain any information that you provide to her, often not knowing what you are in there for, or she will ask how you are doing that day, and she will immediately forget what you just told her. Several weeks ago I was manhandled by one of her interns that set me back in progress by 8 months. Dissinger
