Did bathroom work. Pipe had a layer of pink installation. Pipe which was done had leak which soaked installation. Work was redone by another company.
Edit, contractor cut me off by not yielding at a yield sign. I suspect he read my review which placed me in danger.

I accepted the contract for a pole barn via email on June 29th, the contract was not prepared and signed until July 6th, one week later.
I was told that the following day after signing the contract he would apply for the building permit, and that it would take approximately five days. They would then start about 3 or 4 days after the permit approval, with two weeks construction time, weather permitting.
Nearly two weeks pass without any word when I sent an email on July 19th. I was told that they were waiting on Blanchester zoning / building department. I advised them to keep me advised so that
