Terrible, incompetent "technicians". Installed a new A/C unit for me 3-4 years ago and did not connect the drain pipe to the unit, nor did they attach the duct work properly. Now there is mold on all the wiring because of all of this and I need to pay $$$ to have it all fixed. On another property, they actually crimped a copper pipe and decreased the air flow by 50% just so the pipe would fit. I needed a new condenser in less than a year because of them. So incompetent!! NEVER USE THEM!!!

Went to Argo for a new HVAC unit that needed to be replaced in my home and let me tell you my experience with Argo could not have been better. I got a couple quotes for my new unit and the owner of Argo , Ann Marie, was very helpful and made my experience just that much better. She and all the staff are very welcoming and helpful! Argo has two locations one in bullhead city and one close to my home in West Covina . Thank you again Ann and Argo staff, will definitely recommend to any family or friends that need assistance in all the specialties you guys offer !

Argo Contractor Service installed a brand new heating and air conditioning unit in our house along with a new touch pad thermostat yesterday. I found the technician (David) to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. Both he and his coworker provided us with Outstanding Customer Service! They were on time to the appointment and when they left, they cleaned up behind themselves. They took the time to give my Mom a tutorial as well. I also had an opportunity to speak with the Office Manager (Ann) who was very responsive and polite. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends

I had an appointment with this business and they came early, didn't call, and refused to honor the original time window or to come back at all. They left me hanging with no air conditioning and it's the hottest week of the year. It cost me two hrs of time off work and they never showed up. Then they called my home warranty service who contracted them and said that I missed my appointment. A bold face lie. Not honest people, horrible customer service, I would keep looking!!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.

They have come out 2 times in 3 weeks to fix my ac unit. First guy says he has to order a part. The second guy that came out 4 days ago has no idea what part needed to be replaced and said nothing has been ordered. Poor service and a terrible company. It is now become way to hot to stay in my house and they show no signs of fixing my ac unit any time soon.

They were contracted through my warranty company. Showed up four hours late. Told my renters that they could do no work over $100 and left. They did not even call me to tell me my problem with the AC. Finally… two days later calls and asks me what I want to do about my AC. I had to call another service provider in the meantime to fix the problem. It is afterall 115 degrees in ARIZONA!

Argo also has a HVACR company in Bullhead City. Alan installed ventilation I our bathroom and worked on our Air Conditioner, he is really knowledgeable about cooling and heating and explained what was going on. His electrical expertise makes him one of the best in Los Angeles, Covina, Bullhead City and surrounding areas.
