This is why it pays to do your homework. I spent several weeks looking for the very best Air Conditioning contractor and was so glad I discovered COMFORT ZONE! Steve, Jim, Ashley, Kelly and Kellina are the most professional team you could ask for. They are all very pleasant people to deal with and answered all of my numerous questions quickly and thoroughly. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the quick and expert service I received from Comfort Zone. Within 24 hours of my initial phone request , "Steve" responded and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and completed the repair within 15 minutes. The price for the part and service call was much less than I expected. Highly recommend this company. Punctual, knowledgeable and certainly efficient.

Jim and Ryan both fixed the issue of air flow AC & Heat within the house. One bedroom was not getting the same airflow as the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Jim has been serving AC ‘s for 30 years. Ryan has been serving AC’s I believe 10 years. Both work as a team, show up on time or early pending on jobs, very efficient, very professional/clean and surely know what they are doing. I was introduced to Comfort Zone by my brother-in-law and will only use Comfort Zone. Comfort Zone is a small business with tons of knowledge. The ladies (Ashley & Kellina) in the office are professional and efficient

My family has been using Comfort Zone’s services for many years. When I moved back to the San Gabriel Valley in 2016 and needed a new HVAC system for my fixer-upper home, I contacted several companies for estimates. Comfort Zone was not the cheapest bid, but the folks I interacted with were the most professional and the bid represented good value. Our furnace made a loud noise during the night, came to a grinding halt and wouldn't blow air any longer. We were prepared for the worst. Steve and Comfort Zone of Glendora were HIGHLY recommended to us by a good friend. It was easy getting an appointment, he showed up on time, immediately spotted the problem - the motor needed to be rebuilt. Work was completed the next day and the furnace runs beautifully. This company is exceptional and I can't recommend them enough. I sell real estate in the San Gabriel Valley and have experience with many, many HVAC companies through housing inspections for buyers to repairs and new installations for clients of mine and Comfort Zone is far superior. I had them come out to my own house a few years ago and they were exceptional. I had braced for them to tell me I needed a new unit, and at more than 25+ years old that wouldn't have surprised me. Steve came out right away and gave us an estimate for a new furnace. He was back out a week later and installed the furnace. He was very professional friendly and helpful about which furnace would be best for my home. I felt he was fair upfront and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an air conditioning/heating company. Hard to find honest, trust worthy companies but I have. I definitely recommend Comfort Zone to others. The guy by the name Steve came by and definitely he knows what is he doing and find out what's the problem with the AC. I had my HVAC updated with two new units,for my upstairs and downstairs. Kellina and Ashley were terrific during the bidding process and while the project was being completed. Steve and the guys are to be commended for a level of professionalism that is not always witnessed in home services. A 5 Star Company! Steve and his staff just installed a 2nd A/C unit for our upstairs, and I am very happy with the quality of the installation. The staff at Comfort Zone, Inc are professional, very skilled and courteous. They took extra measures to protect our hardwood floors and stairway, and vacuumed each night any debris from the installation. Our installation incorporated special registers that matched with our Craftsman home. Pricing is competitive and I really enjoyed working with their office staff. Amazing Customer Service!
