Everyone seems to know that bail bonds are the standard way to get a person out of jail. And everyone seems to know that a bail bond agent is the person who goes to the jail to post the bond. But the real question seems to be, "what is a bail bond?" and the answer is not exactly straight forward, but we'll try to explain.

I only gave this business one star because it would not let me do 1/2, I decided to revoke someone's bond when they proved to be less than responsible.I paid the bondsman the money and gave him a notarized letter as he requested. Five weeks later, the revocation had not been filed with the court and no attempt was made to pick up the person and return them to jail! I heard every excuse in the book and finally ended up calling the Financial Services Department to file a complaint.
They will gladly take your money but after that, they do not follow through with what needs to be done. They are rude

I found myself sitting in jail with no hopes of getting out nobody would come. Finally I called big boy Bail bondsman in Venice he picked up the phone showed up and I was out within hours. My bond was only $100 so nobody wanted to get out of the house but he did. Their communication was fantastic about the process of getting out. I would highly recommend you skip everybody on the list goes straight to big boy Bail bondsman they care how about getting you back home.

Terrible experience with Big Boys Bail Bonds. They offer Notary as a service. I called and made a 12:30pm appointment the same morning. Me and my family showed up and the door was locked an no one was there. I called and the guy said he was just around the corner. He showed up at 12:45pm while my entire family was standing out in the rain outside his door. He then took his good old time getting out of his truck, barely said hi when he opened the door and offered zero apology for being late. He acted as if we were totally bothering him. He then told us the Notary stamp was on its way and the woman

I have to say that when you are in a position to even need a Bondsman, it can be stressful all by itself. Ron, his wife and his family helped me when I needed them the most. They went out of their way to help me and made the process seamless. Not only that, he answered the phone ANY time I needed him and was very patient, never rushing me off the phone. He definitely helped me to breath a sigh of relief and went 'over and above' the call of duty. They for sure put that 'personal touch' into an extremely 'not so personal' situation. I can see where this is a five star all around business. I've never been in trouble like this before and Ron & his family/company pulled me out of a really scary situation (in the middle of the night!) as quickly as humanly possible. They explained everything to me in simple terms that I understand and I couldn't be more relieved that my family chose BIG BOY BONDS to rescue me during my time of need. Awesome service. Long story short wife and I had a babysitter went out and needed big boys he was there super fast bonded wife and I out didn't have the mo et for wife at the time but he bonded her out anyway and trusted us to work out payment we. They even waited and gave us a ride back to the house I would recommend they any day of the week! Hopefully I won't be needing them again but if I do Iam useing big boys
